A sandbag never hits back and he did not hit it hard. When I read all the unqualified comments from Tyson fans for weeks, I can only be amazed. Paul held back. If only he had knocked out Tyson really hard. Then the chatterboxes would have seen reality. 😠💁
mike had 6 blood transfusions a few weeks before this fight and was close to die. Also, he is almost 60 and reflexes and stamina are long gone. Training and a real fight are very different. I believe his performance could have been significant better if he didn't have the medical situation he had weeks before the match but we can't deny time and nature.
Jake and countless others have mastered the art of making millions out of thin air. You don't have to be a long time boxer/martial artist like me to see the difference between his punches in training vs the fight. It's like someone pulled a plug. It's like watching two careful stuntmen try to pull off a show. The part where Jake hit Mike hard twice, and AFTER that Tyson countered with a hard left? Realistically Mike would have ended Jake after that. Iron has been hit harder than that in the past. Fax: Mike made 20m and Jake 40m. Look up Jake's net worth. Thank you Mike for entertaining us throughout your career and letting them know how Brooklyn does it!
The thing people don’t understand is that what you see in the clips lasts 10 seconds, and if Mike had done that during his 8-round fight, he’d have run out of cardio very quickly. It’s not even a question of being fake. The guy is 58 years old-he can do impressive things in training for a few dozen seconds, but in a match, it’s useless if you don’t have enough cardio. You won’t last. People need to stop pointing fingers at the ‘fake’ side all the time, whether it’s true or not. Mike, at 58, doesn’t have the cardio to do what he did in the clips during a real multi-round boxing match. The clips are marketing to sell the match; they don’t diminish Mike’s strength, even at 58 years old. He might have been able to beat Jake Paul if he had gone all out from the start, but the risk is that it’s still a multi-round boxing match. If his attempt doesn’t work, he won’t have the cardio to keep going, and he’ll be stuck struggling to last, losing stamina with every second. If it had been a street fight, Tyson could have beaten Jake Paul because in a street fight, cardio isn’t a concern , you aim to finish as quickly as possible from the start. But in a boxing match, it's different , cardio is very important , and for an old man even if he can be super fast and strong for 20 secondes it's still a very high risk

Mike looked more offended than harmed at the thought of letting someone do this to him, especially with him venting it out on his gloves to prevent it coming out in the form of a knock out blow. But when name and fame stop paying there's few things a parent won't do to leave more for their kids. These two minutes are also enough for people saying Jake was holding back lol.
I hated the idea of this fight since the moment it was announced mike is approaching his sixties people that is so far past any persons prime fighting age that I did not expect anything other than what happened now people are clowning on an elderly man for not beating a twenty something in his prime with plenty of fighting experience and training. People need to also admit that Jake is no push over at this point given his training and record.
It's not completely different You see the energy, but you also see the thought process of the fighter. In the actual fight he's completely frozen with fear to do anything.

Jake was never going to organise the fight to be beaten. Mike has said a long time ago that he doesn't care about his past achievements, so he's not lying about recently saying his legacy means nothing to him... This was about 20 million and for Jake's ego.
We got the Tyson of his training footage, and that lasted about as long as each clip of training footage. There is also training footage where mike throws a punch and nearly falls on his ass.
10 seconds against a static target is not the same as 8 rounds against an enemy that hits back. Reflexes and stamina are only visible in a real fight or sparring.
Mike Tyson almost died by illness in June 2024. He spent some time in a wheelchair. He has back and leg problems, probably as a result of inflammation since his "vaccination" against COVID in 2021. Most of these training videos are from his camp for Roy Jones Jr. in 2020. Mike was way, way better back then, because he was still moving like a young man, and still healthy, and still vigorous. If that Mike showed up against Jake Paul, Jake was nighty night. But unfortunately, that will never happen, as Mike would probably never be able to retain the level of his performance against Roy Jones Jr. Frankly, I don't want to see him fighting again. He is a living legend and he is a true warrior to be able to go the distance against Paul with such severe illness. It is so disrespectful for Mike to blame him for a rigged fight when he put his heart out to show and perform at 58 against 27 and despite everything. It is just his body does not want to do it anymore, although Mike really wants it. In comparison, when he originally retired in early 00's, his body was primed and ready to do, but his mind did not want to fight. Life is strange.
Lots of people think it was staged but I don't think so. What we see in the first half is just a few seconds of footage. Did Tyson spar for several rounds or did he just do stuff for the cameras for a minute or two? Another thing is that Tyson's leg was clearly injured. He had a brace and he tripped when he made his entrance, a sign that he was already hurting before the fight IMO. He couldn't put any strength in his punches because of that and he was wobbly because of it too. I also think he hadn't been hit in the face for a long time and that he was shook when it happened to him... But even in the best situation I don't think a 58yo Tyson can beat a steroided man in his twenties in a ring. He could maybe pull a surprise punch, but he wasn't fast enough. Paul was great for not hurting him because he totally could've hurt him. Also for those who think a 58yo Tyson could've beaten Paul, you haven't watched his fight against Roy Jones Jr. and you don't know boxing. Even Bernard Hopkins who is one of the best old men in boxing couldn't do it past 51 and he was very good at boxing when he got older. At 58 you are way, way past your prime physically. It sucks to get older.
Smartest person in the comment section. All these other users are braindead and never boxed a day in their lives so they dunno the reality of the sport

His legs just don’t got it anymore? Watch the first clip. Watch how fast he closes in the distance. He CLEARLY still moves fast and has insane reflexes. And the dudes stamina is not as bad as portrayed in the fight. It’s so clearly faked 🙄 At least he got the 20 mil though. He doesn’t need to prove anything.
Tyson almost died in june and needed blood transfusions, he might heve not recovered. Plus he might just not have the stamina to go more than 2-3 rounds, he 60
@ not enough stamina? He’s in very good shape for his age, he trained vigorously, and could still move very large distances in short times. On top of that, I also heard that he was taking some medication that made him even more agile and quick for his age. Can’t remember what it was called, but if that’s true, that would help even more. I seriously doubt that even if he was tired, he would just stay in the same spot like a rock waiting to be hit. Cause he clearly has the reflexes and skills to at LEAST get some more hits in and do a better job dodging them. The only argument that sort of works is the blood transfusions. But he said that he’s recovered since then. I don’t know his ACTUAL physical health and shape though, soooo. 🤷♂️

@VanielDeeform That's nothing but a cope and I love Mike and wanted to see him win. You can look good for a few seconds on the pads even at 58 years old, but fighting is different. Mike is too old and that's why he lost.
They have made movies with the same story line,Mike is the one who sold the fight and we believed him but he lied.
Ok, what some people aren't understanding is that hitting a target in training is a lot different than hitting a target that is moving and will hit back. It's a lot easier to look impressive in training than it is in a real fight.
This is not rigged, Mike is tough but He is now old. Losing to this you hungry lion is not embarrassing. What embarrassing is when u dont fight anymore because ur afraid to be embarrassed. True warrior is the one not afraid of anything most of all not afraid of being embarrassed
Yes Mike looks good for 10 seconds at a time , but the reality is Mike is damn near a senior citizen, no getting around that
Mike biting his glove was a signal to Paul to follow the plan of not hitting with hard punches.
The boxing world is forever indebted to Mike Tyson. He electrified the heavy weight division and the entire world’s eyes were focused on the sport when he fought. He still has that allure. Why did we watch this event? Because it was Mike.
Well put
😴
well "everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face" 😂
Mike looked like he was going to chew through his boxing gloves in the fight. I wonder if that was to keep himself in check so he wouldn’t knock Jake’s head off.
Tyson pulled a Ben Simmons. He didnt do half the stuff he did in practice 😂
Training =/= fighting
Everyone can look good during training. A fight is still different...especially when you are 58
In retrospective Mikes frustrated comments about the uselessness of his legacy with that little girl makes a whole more sense!
Tyson training was like Beast Mode. What the hell happened in the fight then?
You nailed it. Read my comment.
Wow its almost as if 10 seconds of training clips and compiling different short clips together to create montages doesent actually paint a full picture of ones physical state. Who would've thought? Tell me, did you actually see mike go straight for 8 rounds in training non stop? Youre literally just seeing short clips of him that are put together by an editor. Try using your head a bit more bro
@@MilkANDMagic oh look at you tiny ball wankersman talking liek a genius... Money happened
@@MilkANDMagic You can re-post that comment all you want, but you are dillusional if you can't admit that the training footage still shows shows what Tyson is capable of and how obviously Staged that "fight" was.
Ok, notice something though, it's always the same video, same pad work, and it's PAD work, not sparring, anyone can look goo on pads with a little work.
Even Tyson said training was the hardest part
Looks the same if you got eyes and you ignore the camera shakes.
Training parts are 100% sped up in places
that was him before he nearly died. After his near-death experience, he became quiet in the press conferences, and he became nihilistic. He was ill.
Mike looked great in training. If fights again we will know it was staged when we see open workout Mike reappear
it was his secret twin brother fighting...
Not many people mention that if Mike knocked jake out in the first round he wouldnt earn anything. He had to go 8 rounds, no ko's to get the 20 mil
Mike says he doesn't care about legacy. Guess Cus didn't mean much to him actually at all. We all thought Don King was preying on Mike, turns out, they're not so different.
Everybody who bet on Tyson to win,got robbed.Including me.😂
Be real, Tyson is an entertainer now. He also ''fought'' Ip Man and Steven Seagal.
In training no one is punching back and this fight was an exhibition.
20 Seconds vs 8x2 minutes. 👍 I wanna See u with 58 years
Tyson edited vs Unedited
But in a boxing match, it's different , cardio is very important , and for an old man even if he can be super fast and strong for 20 secondes it's still a very high risk
yeah u beta male keep telling yourself that - Mike knows what training is and what fight is...training is an indicator...there's TONS of clips...no you funny lil man...Mike isnt limping and slow liek a 110 year old grandpa.... - mike is 230lbs of raw muscle at 5ft11..and his legs look like they are 20... JAke survived by a contract...nothing more.....praying Mike doesnt activate the k-switch! nothing else to talk about.
Hitting the pads always looks better
Mike looked more offended than harmed at the thought of letting someone do this to him, especially with him venting it out on his gloves to prevent it coming out in the form of a knock out blow. But when name and fame stop paying there's few things a parent won't do to leave more for their kids. These two minutes are also enough for people saying Jake was holding back lol.
Precisely what I've been saying!
Fire in training! 💯 🔥
Dire in the ring! 🫤
Both Mike and Paul made a mockery of boxing. Staged fight by two bought and paid for losers.
He’s hitting a bag and pads lmao. Completely different
It's not completely different
You see the energy, but you also see the thought process of the fighter.
In the actual fight he's completely frozen with fear to do anything.
@@WarAuthorityit is different, I’m a casual and even I see the difference, I see the difference between training vs fighting with younger boxers at times too
Some people can't see the difference lol
Sinceramente. . .
Jake was never going to organise the fight to be beaten. Mike has said a long time ago that he doesn't care about his past achievements, so he's not lying about recently saying his legacy means nothing to him... This was about 20 million and for Jake's ego.
FAKE FIGHT
We got the Tyson of his training footage, and that lasted about as long as each clip of training footage. There is also training footage where mike throws a punch and nearly falls on his ass.
Days of Our Lives Season 8
Must've been Tyson's twin in the ring
Tyson let his fans down.
He deliberately Lied to the world and misled everyone for Money
10 seconds against a static target is not the same as 8 rounds against an enemy that hits back.
Reflexes and stamina are only visible in a real fight or sparring.
Jack Paul vs mike Tyson ❤😂
Jack Paul vs iron mi............
It seems odd to me that Tyson passed up multiple clear opportunities to knock Jake Paul's head off. He just stopped throwing punches.
1/2 a second little genius beta man ? i mean you - yes - these clips are 3-5 seconds long - much longer than ut woudl take Mike to put you asleep for a loooooooooong time. Mike knows what training is and what fight is...training is an indicator...there's TONS of clips...no you funny lil man...Mike isnt limping and slow liek a 110 year old grandpa.... - mike is 230lbs of raw muscle at 5ft11..and his legs look like they are 20... Pls explain what this proves?
Quiero ver a Paul peleando con un profesional que no le estén pagando
Mike can be happy he can beat all the other 58 yos in the world.
In a real fight you're tentative because the other guy is making you miss and throwing punches back at you.
That's all it was.
Tyson couldn't get close into Jake Paul to throw any punches because Jake Paul ran away everytime Tyson tried to close the distance
His legs just don’t got it anymore? Watch the first clip. Watch how fast he closes in the distance. He CLEARLY still moves fast and has insane reflexes. And the dudes stamina is not as bad as portrayed in the fight. It’s so clearly faked 🙄
At least he got the 20 mil though.
@@Ertto54 I gotta agree with you, he was holding back on purpose, probably something in the contract stated for both of them to hold back
@@Ertto54yes no surprise their a 58 year stamina is not the same as a 54 year old when he fought roy jones mike been through repeated surgery after surgery after the roy fight and on top of all that was hospitalized for a stomach ulcer flair up do you not know how serious that can be for someone his age? So did not train as much as he could have fight was delayed while making his entrance mike all most trips over air which is wild and than in the ring the only thing that was rigged was jake not knocking out a 58 year old who was simply trying to survive mike hit him as hard as he could but could do nothing and he gassed out and loss his legs he was breathing so heavy his chest looked like a ballon being inflated and deflated and on top of all that mike even said after the fight he tried to convince himself he could still do it don’t forget this is the same man who quit in his last fight to a mediocre fighter 30 years ago and got knocked out by all most everyone at 38 make it hard to believe he went the distance.
@@gamingwithJT2007 Facts, the guy who made this video never boxed a day in his life
All his training clips were like 10 seconds though. He still wore out really easily
I made a comment on that the day after the fight. “Where did all that training power go?” Mike probably got with Jake after the fight and told him to give him the other 10M to make it even Steven, or he’ll really bust his a**. 😂
Mike needs money+(video of trainning was edited, to sail more tickets/Mike was not ok -health-)
Jake= do his thing (promotion, money, fame)

Yes. We were lied to. The 3 matches before made up for it.

That Training was before he almost died in June.
As Mike Tyson fans, we wanna believe that the fight was rigged. No matter his age.
But ye, I wanna believe the fight was rigged.
First round Jake was literally running scared. After round 2, the fight looked so damn rigged i couldn't watch it anymore.
It is sad how people (betas) really believe Mike was to old and the fight was not scripted ...

With a reported 20Mil+ for Tyson I would like to get that "change"... That's literally 1Mil a year for him to spend until he dies. If someone comes to me and says you get 20Mil to fight some guy for 8 rounds, I will ask where to sign immediately.
Why should you change running script in a movie ?
This is the exact South Park of devil vs jesus boxing match.

@SeanNeilson-s8c no offense but this scripture placement is an odd place to drop it.
Anyone can look great on mitts and the bag.
Training video is short comparison is ridiculous
Everyone who think mike had a chance against a young boy is absolutly dumb😂
Mike wasnt able to chase him and jake only had to walk away to win the fight 😂
Its simple mike is a 58 old man
Both laughing all the way to the bank!
Only script in this fight was for Jake to go easy on Mike. Old man barely made it to the 3rd round if Jake didn’t hold back. Some people just can’t handle the white man winning
