I love it. Very simple yet probably the best I've seen. I've made temporary saw horses on the job which probably took 15min to build a pair of them but always just junked them or gave them to the customer when the job was finished. These I'd actually keep. I've purchased many of saw horses before and they just don't hold up to daily use and being beat up in the back of the truck but these I'm sure would. I'm sure the ones I made would also but too bulky. Now I have a bunch of store bought saw horses I use in my shop and they do hold up well if you can take care of them.
you what s so great about your video. Its the testing jumps and jigging you do on the finished product. It says a lot about the fine quality of your build.
Love your video! South Korea I was stationed there in Camp Casey used to go all over the place from 1985 to 1986 loved your country great place! Keep up the great work!
As yoy know, the camp has moved from Dongducheon to Pyoungtek. and it's nice to say so. if the pandemic is over, visit South Korea to have fun again, please. Everyone will welcome you with open arms!!!
Beautiful and functional. Great job too ! Some long screws could supplement that doweled butt joint and with a limiting chain between the legs you could hold up as much as atlas ... nice project just as you made it
The horses were terrific but the table was fabulous. Just stick bot away when your not using them, It would be good to attach the saw to the table itself. I suspect they already to that. Very nice.
What are the notches (on the top) for? I saw you measured the notches to fit a 2x4 but what are they used for? Perhaps to make a table or temporary workbench using the sawhorses? Thank you.
Nice job for the most part , however you have a dry Dowl Joint unless you apply glue to the dowl rod and the joint. You should also make sure the glue coats the hole on all sides of the hole. One last thing, the end grain of the legs where they will come into contact with the ground. Needs to be sealed multiple times. The end grain of all wood is very thirsty. It's going to suck up the sealer. The end grain of all wood under a microscope looks like little straws. They're hollow and will allow moisture to be sucked up and slowly deteriorate the ends Good luck on future projects.
Now you just need to make a new folding work table, that one seems like it has a lot of plastic in it. For me, any "tool" for this type of job, if it's made of plastic, I won't get or use it. Seen it fail too many times. Now, your sawhorse, that will last you a lifetime. Nice build. Cheers :)
Hi what did you use to turn this into table saw. Did you turn the circular saw upside down underneath table. I am sorry if this sound stupid. I am just starting out and I don’t know all the power tools yet
Immediately got my attention when he put all of his weight into the unfastened legs. 🤦🏻♂️ That’s the definition of measure twice cut once… perfectly stable.
Where has this VIDEO been hiding all my life???! About time someone got it on UA-cam! Thanks!

I've seen a lot of videos on how to make a saw horse and this is by far the best one...

Thank you very much for participating as a soldier protecting Korea. I want to go to America and see a giant walnut tree.
As yoy know, the camp has moved from Dongducheon to Pyoungtek. and it's nice to say so. if the pandemic is over, visit South Korea to have fun again, please. Everyone will welcome you with open arms!!!
I want to go Korea 😄
@@mokongtv123 There's a giant walnut tree at a local park here, the first time I saw it I stopped in amazement. Unbelievable tree!
This is a great work bench. Easy to carry around, lightweight and durable. So happy with my choice.

what he has made is not a sawhorse , is a high quality furniture !! Well done very good job !!!
Belo projeto!Gostei das ferramentas,são maravilhosas!
This is one of the best gymnastics videos I've seen!
everything you create and everything around you is neat, perfect and beautiful. it seems you love your work. so much love, beauty an care.
Quel talent
a real gangster in work. much respect
Your workmanship is stunning mate. I loved that first drill that you used to drill the holes for the dowels. 👍👍👍🇭🇲🇭🇲🇭🇲

What an organized and beautiful shop.
You made a very strong folding sawhorse...and you had some fun demonstrating it's strength!
the best saw horse diy so far i've seen
Pretty sure my man is wearing Guess Jeans, which in this case has made him a very fine carpenter and 80's retro chic. Great stuff here!

Really nice work. But, here in Stumpville, we just nail stuff together and leave it out in the rain.
Abraço aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷

Fabulous! True testing 'jump up and down on it' 🤣 Well impressed with build. Also the tools used.
So simple yet so effective.
you could lighten them by drilling a bunch of 1 1/2 in holes in the leg cross pieces, and perhaps the legs too.
This guy built a great saw horse just to show off his athleticism
Nicely done. You seem to have some cool tools.

You are so amazing! Kam sah ni dah! Do mo aregato!
Awesome design. Well built
I would have went nuts doing those dado cuts with a circular saw, though. Lol
I need to buy a work station like that so I can build a pair of saw horses like yours.
Very good design. And a very nice dismount. 9.99
