It looks composited for sure. The cup doesn’t rotate with the camera movements, the cup never shows signs of it being squeezed tighter as he moves around. Fingers and tendons stay still
I think it is either a prop, or maybe an after effect of using a body double and putting his face on it.

I got home from work one day and 15 mins later a guy knocks at my door and gives me my wallet which apparently came out of my back pocket on my motorbike and fell into a gutter. I hope that guy wins the Lotto.
I found two wallets when I was in college. One of them was stacked full of big bills. I gave both to the campus police station. At the same time, I was going through a phase where I was also somewhat regularly shoplifting books and alcohol, even though I had jobs and money to buy them. I think it was really just the idea of stealing from an individual that repulsed me. When it was larger than that I lost sympathy and found a sort of pleasure or thrill in it.

They didn't even have that coffee anywhere near the set. the fact he holds it in a sector that can be perfectly chroma keyed is the smoking gun, aside from the articulation not looking even remotely human. Literally there already exists technology you can access for free at a hobbyist level programs that will render water in real time and the technology can even understand the shape of the object its meant to fill, and if things are colliding with it.
