Hey!! that sounds sooooooo gooodd! I´m listening to it while working :) and thank you for your patch notes, that´s a kind bonus :) would be nice a recap of your process...
This sounds amazing. I'm learning the S1 and will be trying to do something like this, so thank you for the patch notes! Are you varying the notes in the sequence, or only the parameters? Also is the sequence set to random?
Thank you!! =D Really glad the patch notes are helpful =D With the sequence it is just the parameters that are changing, and the sequencer in running normally, but the step probability is turned down for each step which is the source of the randomness. If you haven't seen it yet the step probability is a bit hidden. In step mode hold down the key of the step you want and press d-motion/destination until the screen says P.100, then still holding the key the encoder will change the probability. There is an easier macro for global probability but it only works on steps you've altered like this first. The other settings in there can be useful as well, though I'm not sure on what they all do off the top of my head I think one is the note being played, and another is velocity. Hope that helps =D =D
The videos from Electro / Magnetic in the description are well worth a watch for the S1, as I haven't really tried to make any tutorials at the moment. The generative aspects (as I use them) rely on the step probability of the sequencer, the random direction arp and the random LFO. Or combing sequences/recordings with other sounds for the original Eno style of phasing generative music. Thanks so much for watching =D =D =D
Beautiful work, and very creative use of the S1. Thank you for mentioning my video!
Thank you very much!! 😁
No worries, your video is fantastic 😁 I've been neglecting my S1 a bit so thank you for the inspiration
Both of you are so inspiring!
Great idea to use the S1 in a generative way. I'm going to try it.
Thank you!! Hope you got on well with trying it out 😁😁😁
Bro that was amazing! I definetly gonna try this! Thank you🤩🙏
Thank you!! Always very glad to hear if it's inspiring 😁
Wow.......and many thanks for the patch notes 🫶
Thank you!! 😁 always welcome for the patch notes 😁
Relaxing with morning coffee. Thank you.
Really glad to hear that 😁 thank you!
What an amazing machine...
It is! Such an awesome synth to use =D Thanks for watching! =D
This video is amazing. I hope to learn the S-1 this well one day! 🙌🏾
Thank you!!! Sure you will 😁 just take the features on slowly, it's got so many it's easy to get overwhelmed!

Thank you so much!! 😁😁😁
Very glad you like it and the patch notes are useful!
ok so this is a real surprise to me, I like this very much!
Thank you! I'm glad =D The S1 is a really mighty little synth despite the size ;)
Wonderful soundscape 👍
Thank you so much! 🙏😁
Amazing work, as always!
Thank you so much!! 🙏🙏😁😁
After you with the bong WOW
Beautiful 👏
Thank you!! 🙏🙏😁😁
Fantastic!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Thank you!!! 😁😁🙏🙏😁😁
you should make a how-to vid...

A tutorial would be lovely. I find the S1 a difficult craft to steer, so would be Very interested in generative capabilities

I found the S1 difficult @ the beginning as well. Just play, play and play and you will see how fast it learns
