No secret I'm a big fan of Eno. I've listened to a bunch of so -called ambient/space music videos and none of them have come close to this. They are boring and repetitive. This was first released in 1993.
The folded dunes at sunset, I woke to the sound of the sea, The ceiling of stars to the car park, The wind, and the sand, but just me, Driving alone in the darkness, the burn of the salt in my hair, The warmth of the day was dying. But the little toy boat was still there.
This album has to be his best. This one seems to have more depth and empathy. Night and day, compared to "music for airports". Right up my Aphex Twin street/ bubble. 😊
Actually i'm in agreement with the last two comments. On Land is my favourite of his solo ambient. AGW is the apex of whatever one would call it. Easily one of the most psychedelic records ever made (imo).

i normally find “relaxing” music to be agitating but this song is different. every time before i play it, i expect it will not work but every time i turn it on time slows down. it feels like someone tracing fingertips up and down my back, or a warm cloud descending over me.
Probably because music made specifically for the purpose of being "relaxing" ends up being too forced and obvious. Eno conveys much more through his music
the Paul xstretch vst ... a bastard child of Brian eno ... i have used these drones and others of brians as a reference and guide, for years off and on. and as years have slowly come and gone and old and old I have become. and have through slowly acquiring various odd's and sod's mostly free vst's and app's midi' together with a few hardware devices loopers verbs eq's etc.. I have looped loops of various lengths. finding those that are compatible that move in their spaciality like echoes of depth of movements as they move to out flank the ear and get in behind. ay when I multi loop it's a bit hit and miss but more hit's as you'll always make something that resonates with some aspects of yourself and that moment in time. thinking Brian made this primarily for himself for his own connection with being more. as certain frequencies set-up internal thoughts, adjustments. my own noisescapes do so for me they don't make me a better human unfortunately but I does divert my anger frustrations onto and into a neutrality, even if it only temporary it is enough those listening moments to see one self naked the ugly me and my delusions and I on reflection i recognise i'am imperfect .. an less is something more, and if twice spoken May stop assumptions of misheard instructions they twisted and spun into error. sometimes I'm garbled even to myself.

Yup : ] A user by the name of "Kai" has a version up too (in much higher quality). Even if it's taken down, someone will put it back up again, don't you worry
Very interesting how different playback speeds affect this track.
this is off the charts super chill - i am diggin it while working to maintain focus writing into the late night - perfect soundscape - Eno for the Score!
I will miss all of the comments that were on previous upload incarnations of this album but.....I'm glad it's back. Thank you.
Much thank you for the efforts to upload. This is my favorite of Eno's.🙏🏼🛌🎶🎶🌌
This piece means a lot to me
No secret I'm a big fan of Eno. I've listened to a bunch of so -called ambient/space music videos and none of them have come close to this. They are boring and repetitive. This was first released in 1993.
Right now, these sounds fit perfectly to my yoga training. Couldn´t imagine anything better.
wank
Jeez. Just love mr eno. Helps me forget.
Forget what? What a waste your life has been?
Yesterday and today danced🕺 extremely on this track! Long time no longer so sweaty! Thanks Eno!
This is a beautiful album. Eno's music is so inspiring.
Just wonderful. Glad to subscribe after you were kind enough to share this treasure. Thank you.
The folded dunes at sunset, I woke to the sound of the sea,
The ceiling of stars to the car park,
The wind, and the sand, but just me,
Driving alone in the darkness, the burn of the salt in my hair,
The warmth of the day was dying.
But the little toy boat was still there.
beautiful
shut up martin
yes shut up martin
Its back! I liked it so much I actually bought it while it was gone from youtube 🥴
I hope they play this at my wedding.
rofl you're not going to get married
@@williamdiffin28 projection
This is what the title screen of the universe sounds like.
This goes perfect with almost any sci fi movie
I’m watching Riddick and it’s already a better movie just because of this music
excellent, thanks for sharing. One of my influences on the work I do.
glue a sml mirror on to a cheap speaker, then focus a green laser onto the mirror. you should end up with a rotating circle
I been sleeping with this song on almost every night since 2020
This album has to be his best. This one seems to have more depth and empathy. Night and day, compared to "music for airports". Right up my Aphex Twin street/ bubble. 😊
Uh, please check out Another Green World and Before and After Science. Nothing in Eno’s catalog is better.
@@michaelrandall9034 But there is: On Land…
Actually i'm in agreement with the last two comments. On Land is my favourite of his solo ambient. AGW is the apex of whatever one would call it. Easily one of the most psychedelic records ever made (imo).
Aphex Twin sucks
@@canIshouldI thanks for your stupid comment...
Brian Eno reminding us we are One Intelligence - One Brain
Thinking , of HAPPINESS for All good
We are all just one brian bro
we are -One Brian
Brain Eno
WARNING: DO NOT DRIVE HEAVY MACHINERY WHILE listening to head phones, "RUFF!" "SIT OOBOO SIT!"
These frequencies drive the machines to begin with 🔉
"Good dog. Wuf."
bless you for uploading. it was a hero's journey for me to find a copy to add to my library last year. for years all was good on youtube for new space - not sure what's up.
Was looking for jazz … and instead eye found exactly what eye was
i normally find “relaxing” music to be agitating but this song is different. every time before i play it, i expect it will not work but every time i turn it on time slows down. it feels like someone tracing fingertips up and down my back, or a warm cloud descending over me.
The fingertips part is a perfect description. I also like to think of myself snuggling up in a blanket out of a dryer in a safe, comfortable home
Probably because music made specifically for the purpose of being "relaxing" ends up being too forced and obvious. Eno conveys much more through his music
@@dawnwatching6382 yes, exactly. this music has so much depth.
Father of Ambient music.
the Paul xstretch vst ...
a bastard child of Brian eno ...
i have used these drones and others of brians as a reference and guide, for years off and on.
and as years have slowly come and gone and old and old I have become.
and have through slowly acquiring various odd's and sod's mostly free vst's and app's
midi' together with a few hardware devices loopers verbs eq's etc..
I have looped loops of various lengths. finding those that are compatible that move in their spaciality
like echoes of depth of movements as they move to out flank the ear and get in behind.
ay when I multi loop it's a bit hit and miss but more hit's as you'll always make something that
resonates with some aspects of yourself and that moment in time. thinking Brian made this primarily for himself
for his own connection with being more. as certain frequencies set-up internal thoughts, adjustments.
my own noisescapes do so for me they don't make me a better human unfortunately
but I does divert my anger frustrations onto and into a neutrality, even if it only temporary
it is enough those listening moments to see one self naked the ugly me and my delusions
and I on reflection i recognise i'am imperfect .. an less is something more, and if twice spoken
May stop assumptions of misheard instructions they twisted and spun into error.
sometimes I'm garbled even to myself.
this going in my lucid dream music list.
Classic! I play this at all my dance parties!
It is a crowd pleaser!
Gentle to the joyous in a cycle of life is the bee/flower system.
Finally, somebody reuploaded this. Thank you.
So glad someone has reuploaded
my speakers are blown but still sounds stellar idk whats happening but its goood
They're making my rear bugs buzz. I meant ear buds. Oh well, that's kind of funny.
so glad you uploaded this! i remember it was taken down and could only find it in video archives
Amazing album, one of my favorite 🙌
Beautiful Eno music.🙏🕉💙☯️❣️
шедевр....как и музыка для аэропортов 1978...создавалось без всяких компов и программ!!!
