- Paneer Butter Masala is a home-style recipe which is a slightly sweet creamy dish of paneer, originating from the Indian subcontinent, in which the gravy is prepared usually with butter (Makhan), Ghee, tomatoes, cashews and onion, spices such as red chilli powder are also used to prepare this gravy.

Refine Oil 5 Tea spoon
Kashmiri Chilly whole 4-5 Number
Slice onion 1 Number
Salt 1 Tea Spoon
Cashew broken 50gm
Chopped Tomatoes 2 Number
Water 100 ml
After cooling make paste from above ingredients
Take
Ghee 4 Tea spoon
Add the paste
Salt 1 Tea Spoon
Kashmiri Chilly powder 2 Tea spoon
Garam masala 1 Tea Spoon
Chopped coriander 4 Tea spoon
Kasoori methi 1 Tea Spoon
Khoya 30 gm
milk 100 ml
Paneer cubes 200 gm
Butter 2 Tea spoon
