I agree, the Texas market is very attractive. Being a realtor in Florida and seeing the market in Texas, the idea of being licensed in Texas is very appealing.
A lot of buyers are coming from the NY area so a warm location anywhere in Florida makes people happy. I love Orlando because you can get anywhere in Florida in a matter of a few hours.
