My favorite is Ronnie, but Hendry was hands down DOMINANT! They're both GOATS of the game with different attributes... Hendry is also a brilliant commentator and ambassador to the game. Great video-❤️✌️
I honestly believe that Stephen is the best player ever to grace the sport of snooker. Ronnie for all his brilliance took twenty eight years to get one behind Stephen’s seven world titles. He has now been a professional snooker player for thirty consecutive years. True Hendry only made one (losing) world final and two semi but he was up against the best players around in the 2000s. Plus he didn’t try as hard to get the eighth, ninth and tenth titles as he no longer practiced as much as he says in his book me and the table.
Ronnie without doubt the best player to pick up the cue, but put him in a 4 session match with a prime Hendry and IMO Hendry comes out on top every time, his mental strength and bottle have never been matched to this day. Hendry in his prime against anyone, Higgins, Ronnie, Selby or Williams, I’d have my last penny on the great man.
Love him or hate him... he wouldn't really care about that. He was born to win since birth and I think he's the most brutally minded sportsman ever without being physical.... Tiger Woods fans may disagree.
Hendry just couldn’t get passed the 90’s. It’s the new millennium was a curse for Hendry. Though in the 00’s competition was allot more tougher with much tougher opponents.
I think he said his favourite que was broken at the airport. He used to travel with that que everywhere and played with it since he was a kid. Since then he was not able to play the same. He tried with other ques but it wasn’t the same, he was never really able to replicate how good he was in the 90s.

He used to play so quick in his prime, GOAT

Ronnie is the best pal
Longevity isn't a weakness, quite the opposite, in fact.

So Ronnie is the best for... His consistency? Since he's better than Hendry but Hendrys prime was better?
@telmolicious Ronnie's the best because when he's on it nobody can beat him, not even a prime Hendry
You need to watch world semi final 2002 @@bobbobbins4877
Prime Hendry would make it look like he would never ever miss a shot.

Poor jimmy 😆
Remember Hendry waving his stick over refeeree head?

Jimmy white was no easy opponent

He objectively played better.. maybe he didn't win the final but Ebdon was brilliant.
@ebell kwontol Then again.. he did the same to White.
& then came Ronnie... 7...& counting.. Yes, Hendry won 7 in 9 years, but he was also retired at 43.. Ronnie has just won his 7th title at 46...
Goes without saying White should've won 1994. Probably the worst miss in world championship final history.
why does hendry not pot the last black
Doesn't matter
*constipated* gwaaaaan Jimmy!! 🤢
