    This is my story.
    I lost my dear wife on May 25, this year due to Covid. Ever since I am left with no option other than cooking for my family.
    Me and my son are only my family.
    Till now I never even went to kitchen leave alone cooking. I am learning slowly from your channel... this nashta being simple i cooked reasonably well.
    There are many men like me struggling with cooking. Please suggest some menu for a week full. So that we can use.

    Dear sonia, weekly once i make sabudana khichdi following your instructions. Made it five times till now, its come very well. I started using big sabudana bought from jiomart, its very good. Thanks to you, i learnt this recipe. I husband likes it whenever i make for breakfast.

    Very good recipe.
    Needed to soak the sabudana that I had for 6-7 hrs.
    I had dry roasted the peanuts one day before. When I was making sabudana khichdi, I used a Mixy for a second or two. Got two types of peanut texture, coarse powder and crushed peanuts- used them seperately as per recipe.

    नमस्कार .
    साबूदाना बनने की प्रक्रिया देखी है।अस्वास्थ्यकर लगी तब से उसे खाना बंद कर दिया और उसकी जगह सांवा" (भगर"वरी चे तादूळ, )फल या आलू की कोई वस्तु खा लेते है।
    फली दाना खुद हीoily है।इसलिए तेल मे भूनने की आवश्यकता कदापि नही है।तेल मे भुनने से छिलका उसी पर चिपका रह गया। सो अलग।
    वैसे पानी कम लिया ठीक किया।-लेकिन फलीदाना जरूरंत से ज्यादा है।शुद्ध घी मे अच्छा बनती है।

    हरी मिरची को छोटा छोटा काटना चाहीए था। एक चम्मच लाल मिर्चीका पावडर भी डलता है। अगर आप निंबुका रस डाल रहे हो तो फिर आधा चम्मच चिनी भी डालनी चाहीए थी।
    साबुदाना खिचडी दही के साथ खाते है।
