Ok, let help you guys, since this is a very easy, if you don't have the shell icons folder. 1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator. 2. type "sfc /scannow" and press enter. 3. Then wait until the scanning is done. 4. After the scanning is done, go ahead and Restart your Computer. 5. And then it your Computer should work as intended without any problems! (Go ahead and Pin this, PK.)
