Label negative thoughts as doubt. Allow it to pass like a cloud floating by. Focus only on new 5D script. It is done. Align yourself with your new beliefs and you project then attract your SP. It’s your inner dialogue right? Don’t allow anyone from the past to dictate your life. Your current circumstances is just old programming.

This definitely helped me A LOT. I’ve been in a vicious cycle all my life in relationships. I am always successful in every other aspect in my life except relationship. When patterns start to return, I get frustrated, silent and most of the time I let them go. For some reason this one, I haven’t been able to just let go of easily but the patterns are still there. One of the things I got from the comments section is - my instincts are right. I don’t want to give up on my SP this time because I get I have to change the story. My self concept around I AM is quite strong, I know who I am. It’s a handful of very superficial assumptions around rejection & desirability that are tripping me up (crazy that the knowledge that I am the operant power & the feeling that I am not good enough can co-exist… ). I have to commit to getting this one right & not manifest the next person. Because often letting go is escapism. I know I can draw in someone much much better than this man. But what then? The same story? I want to get this right, break up if needed on my own terms! Had a ton of doubt around this…. But this video popping up suddenly when I was about to give up and simply manifest someone else sealed the deal. Assignment received universe.

They/it/he completely disappears, and it feels like I have to start my manifestation from scratch all over again. And I KNOW it's me doing it! So thank you for speaking about self-forgiveness. This video really catches the point!! Some other coachers and UA-camrs talk about taking them off the pedestal and not focusing on them because they disrespected us. But actually that's a bit misleading, because pushes people to be angry with their sp, or stop focusing on them, instead of understanding that we created that version of our sp. So we should take responsibility and be angry only with our self, or rather, forgive our self, for creating that bad version of them, and starting to work on it, and recreate our sp. Because WE ARE THE only OPERANT POWER and EVERYONE else IS just YOU PUSHED OUT!!!

Let me tell you what happened today. Ive been moved to another departament at work . I was so upset and I took it personal. This morning I said in my mind only once " I intended to get back to my previous section" I detatch and I let go of it. Guess what by the end of the shift I find out that I must go back to the previous job becouse a guy made a funny mistake with a manager and they fired him. Did I really created that?! I can’t seem to shift past my thoughts of anger toward my Sp it makes me go off track for days and takes me so much to go forward then I’ll be doing great and think again of why I’m trying ti make it work with him after what he’s done . I hate him and love him at the same time
I see some changes but I'm still mad at her these days because it still feels like she's using me for validation. I went from someone she didn't pay attention to, to someone she has a school girl crush on (and she's over 50). I hope it goes deeper than that. But maybe she hasn't gone through the inner transformation yet. As for me I think I've maxxed out my manifesting efforts.

So what do you suggest we do while our sp’s stop behaving shitty? Should we cut contact to avoid interacting with the unwanted version that the 3D is reflecting until they conform to the desired version?
I have been wondering if we create versions of others that are psychopatic or narsissistic? One thing is that a bad selfconcept and lower energy can attract them in, but they were like that before you knew them. And I have cut off contact with a psychopath and not had anything to do with them for like 10-15 years. And can after so many years come across a mutual aquintant that tells horrific stories about their behaviours to others that are still in contact with them. So even when you are not at all focused on them or have thought of them in so many years that is still how they are in other energycircles than yours. And even when you have worked hard on your selfconcept and run into someone like that in for example a work place- you can see how they are even if it does not affect you triggerwise anymore. And they are still the same. Even if you send love and are in a really good loveflow state they still are the same. So would really like to have more on that manifestingwise. Thank you

I can’t seem to shift past my thoughts of anger toward my Sp it makes me go off track for days and takes me so much to go forward then I’ll be doing great and think again of why I’m trying ti make it work with him after what he’s done . I hate him and love him at the same time

I see some changes but I'm still mad at her these days because it still feels like she's using me for validation. I went from someone she didn't pay attention to, to someone she has a school girl crush on (and she's over 50). I hope it goes deeper than that. But maybe she hasn't gone through the inner transformation yet. As for me I think I've maxxed out my manifesting efforts.

How can you marry a new self concept with removing or ignoring a third party your SP/lust targets are with?
I have been wondering if we create versions of others that are psychopatic or narsissistic? One thing is that a bad selfconcept and lower energy can attract them in, but they were like that before you knew them. And I have cut off contact with a psychopath and not had anything to do with them for like 10-15 years. And can after so many years come across a mutual aquintant that tells horrific stories about their behaviours to others that are still in contact with them. So even when you are not at all focused on them or have thought of them in so many years that is still how they are in other energycircles than yours. And even when you have worked hard on your selfconcept and run into someone like that in for example a work place- you can see how they are even if it does not affect you triggerwise anymore. And they are still the same. Even if you send love and are in a really good loveflow state they still are the same. So would really like to have more on that manifestingwise. Thank you
