Growing up in England, when ever we bought motor cycles, the first thing we would do would be to undo all the bolts, clean them and grease them. With the salt on the roads all the steel bolts in aluminum would corrode and jam up!
I really like it that you talk about recently. More problems that are very common, and you get more technical showing things, there's not a lot of people out there doing it, and there's a lot of DIY People out there so I definitely appreciate it when you talk about your opinions and what it can be. Keep doing what you're doing
Saltwater can be problematic, and a video on how to care for a saltwater ski, detailing the proper maintenance techniques from a ski mechanic's perspective, would be excellent to see. and a hit video, exito en tu nuevo taller 🤯🤯🤓🤠🤩🤪😃😁😉
Awesome channel where can I get a wiring diagram for my 2024 se doo GTX limited. Looking to upgrade my factory amplifier and keeping the same control. Thanks
I have the same issue on a 2016 RXP with the secondary cooler pn 276000336 Checked the lines from jet pump to cooler and from cooler to outlet fitting Wearing gap is good I’ve now changed oil and filter and installed a new temp sensor The secondary oil cooler are no longer available I’ve upgraded a previous 2016 to a 2018 and up system. The oil coolers are bigger on 2018 and up It’s not cheap to upgrade as you need to purchase two hoses
After 25 mins hard riding got “high oil temp again” now thermostat change . Seadoo have changed the part number so think they have reduced the thermostat temp to open earlier
Heat the alloy threaded housing up with a heat gun. This will expand the thread/nut alloy but not the bolt. Lightly back and forth movement with the bolt while loosening off the bolt. 🇦🇺🙂👍
I run in salt water and I spray my engine down with Fluid Film from time to time. My engine bay looks so much better! Just clean and take care of your stuff!
Yes. I agree. I think some people just don't know or care about proper cleaning and maintenance. And then they Ignorantly will blame the manufacturer after it fails and sinks. Smh
Looks like the guy that owned that ski never rinsed the inside of the engine bay and didnt add any sort of protection against the salt water. Nothing wrong with riding saltwater as long as you do the proper maintenance as soon as your done riding.
Great video. Do you do supercharger bearing replacements or overhauls? I don’t Remember seeing one and sure would like your take on how to do it. Have seen argument about replacing bearings preemptively, like in the past even on the 300 engine. Shout out to fizzle for making a great shaft holding tool also for clutch adjustment.
I believe he does most of everything, except for maybe Flashing/Tuning which he was lets his buddy assist him with. He also usually suggests replacing bearings, seals and any degraded parts with oem parts while the engine is out and open but may reuse undamaged parts if thats what the customer prefer.
yet again yamahas easier to work on when u need to. oil cooler on older svhos leak oil into water outlflow. but u can change it without taking loose a motor mount piss poor loser engineered from brp.

@@DessiLu14 just flushing and washing it down should be the bare minimum and a lot of these dudes aren't doing it.

Yes, you did. He did a full episode on it last week
Glad mine is fesh water only!
Just wondering how much it would cost to rebuild an engine with your cam and everything new just roughly..
@@garymealey4464 very on what you want
It varies* ^
❤
what is up with your carbon fiber seadoo
only part that ever boke on my 80 mph fzs was oil cooler. leaking small amounts of oil out port side pissah.
Ernesto can make a 100mph ski
Now we don’t have birds singing 😢😢😢
More lighting😅
But it gets costly
has anybody built a 100 mph seadoo
Seen Well over 100 mph in a Sea-Doo at the Hydrodrags
I wont buy a used saltwater ski.
