I got a Radioddity cb-500 running 4watts into KL203P = 90watts, never gets warm much less hot.
If you are running 4 watts into a kl 203 it is way to much and if it's not getting hot you are not talking on i have owned about 8 or 10 they are all the same but it is your story tell it how you want
