I loved GOT7 from the start but it’s so hard to keep stanning when their individuality just stands out and sadly, it shows that they have different paths they want to take. In the last 4 years of their contract, their personalities became so apparent and they’re sooo unique from each other that it’s quite understandable why JYPE tries to keep them at a certain sound where the 7 could meet, compromise even. Sadly, it didn’t work out and that’s okay. Both sides tried and that makes me grateful. They gave me the best seven years and I’ll continue to support them but definitely not without a pang in my heart. 😅 it took me even 5 months to even watch any got7 content although I love them with all of my heart. Idk why I’m also rambling here, perhaps I just find this area a good place to air out what I’ve been keeping in since they went their separate ways. All the best, my 7 dorks. 💚
I totally feel the same being a fellow ahgase. The news hit hard when all the rumors were going around but when there were final statements being made, I was happy yet sad. Happy that the boys are able to pursue other things they wanted to do that they weren't able to when being in JYPE. Sad that it will be harder to see them come together/promote together since each one of them are going separate ways. However, I can tell that the bond between the boys and ahgase's are really strong. I'm just looking forward to what the future has for these boys. I will forever be grateful to have found these 7 boys during my middle school days (currently in my 1st yr of uni), they truly helped me through a lot of hard times. I will continue to support them, Got7 Forever
