- It is pretty common among traders that whenever they see a hammer candlestick pattern anywhere in the chart the first thing it come in their mind is to go long because the market is about to reverse higher. Soon after the trend collapse and revers lower, trigger their stoploss, and put them out of the trade. In this video I am going to explain how you use hammer candlestick pattern to enter the trade and make profit with a big probability.

Sir, in example 2, why the SL and profit target have not been computed from the close of the bullish candle? instead they have been computed from the high of thebearish candle ?
thank you for your nice comment The best thing is you know the concept always 2 ATR below the close price for stoploss and 4 ATR above the close price for profit target for entry and for exit the opposite way wish you lock

And sir one more que ,when my trade goes against my anylsiss should I wait for candle to close below my sl or immediately cut at sl ,because sometimes it makes wicks and closes above my sl ,and sometimes very huge candles can be made resulting in huge loss,sir please give back a rply I ll be very thankful 🙂🙂
at the beginning you should try with one software that give you fake money and you practice until you are ready using real money to trade this way you are going to protect your asset.
Sir when I don't trade and only observe market ,I am able to catch most of the moves with accuracy ,but when I put real money I get hurried and take trade very early ,why ??🙂🙂
every trader at the beginning are a bit nervous but if you use all your price action knowledge eventually you are going to be ok wish you luck
