I like the colours you have obtained. I like the 135mm composition better. Thanks for the videos.

Nice video and images! Thank you! I think that I prefer the 210mm a little more, it isolates the colorful trees from the background. I also liked the composition to your left while you were videoing, the cattle guard, winding road and the colorful tree could make a good image!

Thanks for watching!! I need to go back and see the shot you saw. Sometimes I get so focus on one shot I don't see the other ones. Thanks.

Another enjoyable video. I love the scenery where you are in Colorado. Here in Middle Tennessee I often feel like we have too many trees. It's often difficult to see past the other side of the street.
Do you ever use a yellow or orange filter instead of the red? It wouldn't be as dramatic as the red, but I was thinking that a yellow filter might be more advantageous to the yellow Aspen trees. Any thoughts?

I know what you mean, I grew up in Houston, Tx.. I have used the yellow and the orange filter before but I loss them, time to get new ones I guess. Thanks for watching!!

Working right now to put a new bellows on the Toyo Field 4 ¾ x 6 ½ Folding Field Camera. Lots of cleaning and some repainting to get the body ready for paint and then the reassembly with the new bellows. I also have a Calumet CC400 monorail 4 x 5 but for me it is harder to take into the field. At 72 my life of youthful dissipation has finally caught up with me so the folding field camera is easier to cart around

The tones are great but I think the composition was a little tame. In both photos I think it would have improved if you had raised the front standard a bit to cut out the foreground. I don't think that flat grass added anything but the sky was very dramatic with the red filter and more of it would have "lifted" the composition (see what I did there? 😂 I crack me up...)

Thanks for the comment. I was also thinking that I could have shot it virtually and get more of the sky. Thaks for the uplifting comment.
