I'm so sorry you've had to deal with this Dawn. Your neighbours are awful! I honestly can't process how someone thinks its ok to purposefully hit any animal with their car deliberately. Also the destruction to your flowers and saplings is abhorrent. Truly disgusting, entitled behaviour. I'm not sure if this is a route you would want to go down but it may be worth speaking to an arborist to determine the age and worth of your trees and sue for their cost of replacement (trees can cost thousands depending on their age to replace). I know you said you intend to move but the trees being cut could also negatively affect your sale price so she should be held liable for the damages

Hello Dawn. I'm so very sorry to hear about your current situation, and that you now feel the need to leave your beautiful home and smallholding that you have worked so hard for. I had a similar experience some years ago and I moved away from my then, home of 28 years....and it turned out to be a good decision and life has been wonderful this past ten years! 0:03 I'm sure that once everything has been sorted out you will soon settle into your new home and will enjoy your travelling adventures. I'd like to thank you for all the inspiration and tuition that you have provided through your channel over the years, and I wish you peace, health and every happiness for the future.
I feel very sorry for you as I've had the same problem then I lived in North Lincolnshire. It was my dream smallholding, but shared drive. I owned the drive but had continual trouble. In the end the police said ' lock the gate' as their right of way was by my consent, not on paper . Their attitude soon changed. I still sold up though.
Wow what a terrible set of events to have happened to you, so sorry to hear this Dawn. I would add, when you look for your next property, look to for one that doesn't have right of access , been there and got the badge, never ever again, it always gets abused . As heart breaking as it is to leave your home, it is no way to spend your golden years with that level of toxicity on your door step.
