I was under the impression that when joseph takes over that the lower egypt is already rulled by some hyxos people. That's why joseph tells his family Egyptians hate sheep herders. So tell Pharoah that sheep herders is what you are. He will then put you over his herds and give you the best land. Then later on the Pharoah who doesn't know joseph is actually Egyptian and wants to put the hebrews under persecution.

How can there be doubt? Please pray, as I will be praying, to Jesus, The One True Living God, that your heart may be softened so that you allow your eyes to be opened to the deception you live in.
