If I'm not mistaken, the thing about the "Have you seen this man" is something along the line of him being the most generic facial features, combined with it being some sort of PR campaign as well as psychology where you are told something in a way that makes you think you have seen it. So don't worry, you don't know him, xD
Debunking some of these: The one at 9:14, the guy shook his flashlight before the door closed. He probably had one of his friends behind the door and that was a signal to close it. And the one at 13:15, they probably got a self playing piano (yes, they are a real thing. It's not just ghosts). I think you can setup those pianos to play something specific, so they probably set it up before hand to play those notes.
These are just some thoughts i had, they could still be actually something much scarier, but I'm just saying.
