This is definitely very beneficial. I so have to learn vertical snakes for ur upcoming class combo so this tutorial came out in perfect timing literally. This is so cool doing hip reels with one hand infront while the other hand behind you. Doing hip reals and shoulder reals while one hand goes behind while the other hand goes in front of you. I thought the only time when the left hand goes reverse while the right hand goes forwards is when you are doing caps. Which hand goes in front on the bottom when doing the trick and which hand goes in front while on top?

I've noticed that in old nevisoul videos that the tricks antispin flower is actually a diamond not a box. Is one way easier than the other?? ❤
