This is my second video on Ear Training featuring the most badass ear training software: Ear Master 7.
Again, ear training is one of the most neglected part of music which is a pity...Why? Because the return you get on investing some time practicing ear training and getting better at it is OUTSTANDING.
If I could go back in time and talk to my past self who refused to practice ear training (and music theory...) claiming it was "useless" I would slap him in the face!!
The only problem with ear training is that you CANNOT do it yourself. You need someone to "blindtest" you. Well, this someone can simply be EAR MASTER.

Great video thank you. How long does it take for a beginner using earmaster and practising 15 minutes a day for 5-6 days a week to get to the point you are talking about where you can recognise intervals? A year?

Sorry for the late response. Yes I would say so... Earmaster 7 is more fluid and complete. For 30€ I wouldn't hesitate. It's a cheap investment for great results.
