May I suggest something? Instead of touching the curls before they are cool will destroy the curls so you have to wait till they see and then you can combine out with a wide tooth comb
I got mine a year later at Walmart for $17 but it came with a heat finger thing (not full glove)
I have the same one and I am curling my hair the exact same way she is and it is like not curling it might just be me but idk

I got this and it doesn’t stay on and then stopped working. Disappointed because the time it did work the curl was nice.
I got Aspergers which is a cognitive learning disability (mine specifically is on the lowest spectrum of Autism) & this is so difficult to do. My hair’s short like Violet Beauregard’s from Charlie & the Chocolate Factory (2005) & I still can’t get it to give loose banana curls. It’s so difficult & confusing that I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
Understandable, I think banana curls would be difficult to achieve on such short hair! Maybe try leave in hair rollers after you wash your hair?
What setting do you use ?

The bump is there because you are supposed to curl your hair vertically! :)

Mine either!!! Idk what I’m doing wrong 😑 mine stays curled for like 20 min when usually my hair holds a curl all day
Spray your hair using spritz or any holding spray, make sure it’s strong hold and then curl your hair right after. Spray each section as you’re curling.

The buttons are hard to avoid once u start curling. WAY to easy to turn it off b6 accident

Your using it wrong, I don’t really know how to explain it but search up on UA-cam or something, how to use curling iron

I purchased this curling iron last year and it was complete TRASH. This iron would fry my hair extensions, even with heat protectant applied. I suggest going with Hot Tools 24K curling iron.

You are not supposed to use it on extensions, it says that in the directions.
