I do feel empty these days, and just came across your music. This is so grunge, I feel my inner teen again, I'm 34. You are amazingly nailing the energy, rage, despair and tenacity of female teenagers. This is bold. This is perfect.
I'm 34 too. I love hearing this kind of energy from everyone from: Skating Polly, The Linda Lindas, and even Olivia Rodrigo. Glad this generation has their Kim Gordons, Kathleeen Hannas, and Karen Os. The new generation even has a bigger pool of idols to pick from too, from Mitski and Japanese Breakfast to Adult Mom and Snail Mail, we're really seeing a resurgance in strong POC/Queer women leading musical trends.
This is the peak embodiment of what I wanted to express way back when I was an angsty teen. This is glamorous grunge. I love it. Thank you for putting this out there.
Dude, this video recommends me to watch this because it was rock and roll. And I thought, this was like a sequel to a MIKEY video, back in the 1980s. : (
[Verse 1] I wake up feeling empty Empty out the shit that's in my brain I press my head against the shower wall And watch it all drip down the drain [Verse 2] I’m feelin empty Fuck the MTA I always miss my train I thought I saw you standing there Oh wait, it's only someone else's face [Guitar] [Verse 3] These thoughts feel obvious because they play On repeat in my mind And by the time they fall out of my mouth I’ve told myself a hundred thousand times [Verse 4] It's getting heavy heavy Telling everybody that I'm fine I'm feeling heavy heavy does it mean I wanna fucking die? [Guitar]
Interesting that her mom is black, she looks like she’s straight Outta Israel 🇮🇱 Israeli women are beautiful btw, I see these girls at the mall selling face cream & they flirt with you so you’ll buy it 😇🖤💜
As an olivia Rodrigo fan I came to see the what the whole deal was about and now I'm here I literally don't see any resemblance that you can say pom pom squad and a friend from Olivia Rodrigo because I came here

Popular Media: Wow, Olivia Rodrigo can really show her edgy side.
Mia: Hold my pom-poms. 📣 🎸
Glad to see you've progressed
Getting major 90s Punk vibes from this video. The raw energy, angst, and aggression along with the aesthetic filters in certain parts of this video.

we need heavier/grungy songs like this on the second full lenght album. This is perfection. 🫶

Same key, tempo and structure as RATM - Settle for Nothing! I even did a mashup and it works well, hope it wasn't a coincidence; both songs slap
