8:43 i believe the Northern, Jubilee, Piccadilly, Waterloo & City and the non refurbished 92s on the Central line have that barman moquette .Anyway great video boys i enjoyed it a lot, especially the very tense moment between Jack and Dylan at 9:17 👍👍👍
A stopwatch showing the exact timings would have added more to the video. As it was, it looked like everyone arrived at about the same time, and it wasn't clear how many seconds made the difference. Also, you could improve the volume balance a bit (crazy drums were much louder than the voices, and the narration was often muffled and hard to make out).
As a former resident of Stratford who recently left to move up North great to see it's still hectic and busy as ever. Hated the station layout personally but was very convenient to get into Central London. Good race.
Sounds like you 3 had a good time having a race to get to Stratford and to see who has come first. Mind you the Elizabeth Line is excellent because it’s so much easier to get into Central London.
It’s luck of the draw really as to who would win. If the EL trains had been the other way round (Shenfield before Abbey Wood), Dylan wins. If the GA train had been 2 mins earlier, Jack wins. It’s such fine margins but if you’re starting from outside McDonald’s at LST (as you guys did), then GA would be quickest as you don’t need to rush down to the tube/EL
It was great to be part of this race, and to be part of one of possibly the best TfL Three videos so far.
It's a nightmare getting down to the Elizabeth Line at Liverpool Street. Rarely optimal.
Adrian why the fuck are you here????
Same at Paddington from the district line to the Elizabeth line because you have to tap out then tap back in
TFL malaise
Anyone starting from Moorgate would have an advantage though!
@@Westlondontransportguy7045I think you can avoid the "tap out, tap in" by passing via the Bakerloo Line!!

The Bakerloo also has a modified (grey instead of blue based) version of the Barman Moquette, on its 1972 Stock trains.

Great video 😀 I liked the ending, it would be interesting to see more races like this one
Loved this!
At least Central Line trains all run through to Stratford now, there was a tine when some used to terninate at Liverpool Street from the west!!

Liverpool Street is a nightmare to navigate
That was good fun , thanks Jack and TfL3
Damn it’s actually faster on the central? lol I appreciate you lots doing this. Normally staff think it’s the Lizzie line
That was a very interesting chase, congrats to the winner
Do Wimbledon to Blackfriars: District vs Thameslink
Thamelink will win easily
Do Bond Street to Stratford or the other way round because like that one, 3 different ways to getting to the destination.
Time wise very, very close guys. 👍.
You lot should do Ealing Broadway to Stratford or Barking next 👀
