    Interestingly, I am not sure if they still do or not, but a really fancy restaurant in London (Duck & Waffle) has these eggs on their brunch menu and they're called Colombian eggs. I've been cooking them for a while for my husband who is English (I am Colombian) and it's probably his favourite breakfast ever. Thank you so much for making your channel and your website x

    I hate nothing more than having to cut the scallions more than once because they didn't cut all the way through the 1st time. 😀

    The eggs are curdled because of excessive moisture, the vegetables should be allowed to cook more thoroughly to avoid that curdled look and texture.
