I love your friendship with Luke and Kate, when you three are together it's so fun.
A good friend and I each fill an advent calendar for each other.
We have been using the purchased refillable advent calendars for 5 years now. Every year on December 1, we give each other the calendar that we have filled with fun things for each other throughout the year.
The Advent calendars are recycled again and again.
Maybe fun to do with Luke?

Thanks for sharing cold in southern Ontario minus 9 today my first full week into full retirement started Jan 1 trying to get my bearing 70 years young and have always worked so will needed to set up a plan to keep busy ! But excited not have to go out in the cold if not needed We have not been getting the snow like other parts of Ontario right at the lowest part of Lake Huron not a a big producer of snow so great full! But certainly enjoy see things room other side of the world really enjoy your tour of London went on a school trip at 18 years young so much fun with400 other students ! Love to go back someday But need to get my bearings not working ! So any videos of London or art gallery or Big Ben when weather is better !

Happy New Year Mr. Carrington! My fur babies also got a tunnel for Xmas from Ikea. They already had two. I put them all together and they love to run through, specially it when they get the zoomies😂. It takes all the space in the hallway but I'm fine with skipping it when I pass by. Those buttons for pets to learn to communicate with us are awesome. Just think carefully what you are going to teach them! When they get older they will sleep more so maybe showing them how to wake you up is not the best thing 😅. I once was about to buy those buttons but I'm not ready yet to be a slave of three cats demanding treats at all times!
I liked the idea of putting away a bottle of wine or champagne away with the Christmas decorations. Great surprise to treat ourselves. Maybe add a note congratulating ourselves for another year achieved.

A great blog to start the new year. I remember when we used to use cheques and people often wrote the wrong year (sometimes on purpose). Also packing cubes are great. I often use them and notice the benefits.

Mr. Carrington! You have to go see Wicked. It’s so amazing. I saw it as a play 18 years ago and saw the movie the day it came out. It’s worth your time. I suggest watching the wizard of Oz before you go, there are many small references to the movie in Wicked.
I had a lovely holiday. Just calm and relaxed.
I don’t do resolutions either, I feel it sets me up to lose. This year I’m starting by doing what I love and that is taking a drawing class. It’s 10 weeks, once a week.
Watching your tv in the background was making me cold! It’s so pretty and realistic.

I've been very good since Christmas. The only store I've been in is TJMaxx and walked out empty handed. I did get a few clothing items at a good price online, and facewash, not very exciting lol! I'm trying to do better this year. Happy New Year!

I’m heading to Tesco today so I will be having a look for some of those pet toys which I hope they have. I don’t make New Year’s resolutions as such as I find it too much pressure to stick to them. We are moving house on Saturday and I would love some videos on organising and storage as it’s a smaller house and I’ve tried to get rid of stuff but I’m panicking it’s still too much stuff for this smaller house. I could have done with the sort your life out team 😂 as my partner is a hoarder and I have things I should get rid of but I can’t seem to let go of so any tips for storage for small kitchens/bathrooms etc would be a great video for me please. After your sales shopping, I went in to Poundland today to see if I could get the runner you bought. I got one in pale grey which goes much better with my lounge/diner decor. I was attracted to it because of the simple drawn thread work around the edges, it gives it an air of quality for £2!! I also picked up a very large bottle of conditioner for £1.

We did have some for Christmas, but that was gone the next day. It is -4C so it is cold. BTW, I love that colour blue you are wearing. Enjoy your week.

Happy New Year Iwan! Good to see you again. I have had a look online for some bargains, got a few bits for next Christmas, but not as much as I had hoped to find. We live semi rural and have not been inside an actual shop since the 23rd December! My sister & I have an advent calendar we swap each year, last year it was her turn to fill it and next Christmas it will be my turn. My sister made this lovely fabric wall hanging advent calendar and has now become a new family tradition. I have already bought two things for it!! Looking forward to more vlogs in 2025.

Fox's 550g biscuit boxes £1.50 Tesco. Dairy Box 580g boxes of chocs £4.50. Hot choc bombs 20p. Whole salmon £7 Sains. Car & tree blanket you have from OHS £4 and quilt set £5. Got loads of Xmas bits from Range store too. Glad you are back. Happy New Year x
I had one of those for my dogs well there were 5 in a set, the older dog loved them but the smaller 2 dogs didnt want to know them. The older dog was a staffi but sadly she passed away a couple of years ago with cancer. Xx Happy New Year xxx

Happy New year! My projects are mainly garden based. I want to fence off a small vegetable area with a picket style fence, add a proper rainproof roof to the pergola i built last summer and i just bought a second hand shed that I'm going to do a cute makeover. 😊

HAPPY NEW YEAR Mr.C☺ Have you tried the Mavala nail hardener? It's a fab product from Switzerland tiny bottle of green liquid which is just brushed onto the nail tips, no shine, works wonders. Oh my goodness, for the first five minutes of the video, I was trying to work out where you were filming, I couldn't remember the window in the background🤔😂😂then the penny actually dropped!!📺😂
