You could but some people have reported that it either gets rusty or really gross dried sawdust residue on it. I've heard the best results are with a power washer.
You really should take the carriage plate off to properly clean that fan in the back. Just spraying it like that is not good,, it needs to be wiped down and cleaned not just sprayed and let to drip dry. Also using a maxi pad to get under the tube works great!
Depends on frequency of use. I try to quickly clean mine every two weeks, and a deep clean every quarter. Since this video, I've switched from the electronics cleaner to actually removing my inline fan.
Woo-hoo! Go BUCS😁 My GF just shipped yesterday. Soooo excited and feeling very overwhelmed about learning how to use it.
Hope you enjoy it!
Awesome video, thank you! Keep them coming, we love them all.
Thank you! Will do!
Good morning. I have a question. My machine keep saying (cooling down) how can a fix it. I live in an area that is like 70’ and I use an ac?
This sounds like the machine is just working a lot and not cooling well. Have you cleaned the assist fan in the back?
Thank you for this extremely thorough video!!❤️
You are so welcome!
Can you clean the crumb tray with soap and water ( with scrub brush) and spray with a shower head?

What water/vinegar solution mixture do you use? I need to really clean mine.
I just try to do one part vinegar to two parts water. Something relatively gentle.
@@LisaPottsDesigns thank you!!
Where does the duct adapter go you have it listed but I didn't see it while you was showing the online fan setup
They go on either side of the inline fan. The hoses are 4 inches, while the fan is 6 inches. We attach those so the hoses will fit onto it.
Thank you!
Thank you for watching!

I do now! This video is old, I've been meaning to update it.

Didn’t show your inline fan set up ?
I didn't break it apart, but I show how I feed it out the window. I have all the items I use linked in the description.
Go Bucs
