you did not show mounting the convertor box
Looks like it didnt make it in the video but your kit should come with a double sided tape. Use that to adhere the converter box to any flat surface. It helps to wipe down the surface before mounting to allow the adhesive to stick better.
how could it not be in the video, it has to be mounted and you just skipped it, terrible video
