My Mum had me when she was fifty years old. She passed away when I was fifty at the age of 100. We were both born the same month. I was able to look after my Mum very well when she was alive. What a beautiful soul. I am so happy she had a baby of her own, two! She deserved it more than anyone. Her story is similar to mine, spent my life taking care of a sibling, parents, trying to just survive living on the poverty line, met men that were dishonest, then by the time you are ready, and you realize you need to do it alone (and in secret) the world is telling you that you are too old. She has helped everyone and put herself last to be so selfless, and in the end people forget and you are alone. For thousands of years women have had babies all through their 40s to early 50s. This is the first time in history that we tell women they can't after 35. Ridiculous! This story is inspirational. Bless her and her babies.

There's hope. This is my story too. I'm in my late 40s. I also postponed motherhood because of helping out my siblings.
