I always felt the gargoyles and “saints” were in Quasimodo’s imagination from all the years he spent in isolation and a coping mechanism and desire to connect with anyone other then his master Frollo.
And to think that Quasimodo and Esmeralda were 16 in the book, like here. I love how these amazingly talented kids performed. What a beautiful play, and how well done!
Disney should have made Quasi-deaf or be able to hear a little but still give him a beautiful singing voice hope they do this in the live action remake
I thought I cannot see the English version of Hunchback musical anymore, but there is😢😢 I am so happy to have this musical on UA-cam 😢❤ especially ‘top of the world’ is my best favorite and you are so incredible with the song😭😭😭I noticed myself that big tears in my eyes, I literally cried😢 (of course entire musical is special and awesome) top of the world is not from original animation thus I can hear the song only in musicals. Thank you so much such a perfection Hunchback musical👏🏻you are so amazing👏🏻 Big love from Japan❤️
The sad part about TKA's production of Hunchback of Notre Dame is Esmeralda had chemistry on stage with the three main male characters : Quasimodo, Phoebus and Frollo lol
Frollo controls Quasi the way he wishes he couldve controlled Jehan smh poor Quasi does not deserve this in any way shape or form. Even Frollo should be able to see that he has a pure heart, but perhaps he hates that about him bc again he sees Jehan or hiis own failings

We needa appreciate the people playing the gargoyles more, man they stand so still in this scene it’s llike actual statues, it scared me a bit 💯
