There is a lot of good payware aircrafts. I wish, somebody made a classification, a list of aircafts, that have the best quality- price ratio, because I don't know what to buy
This was the 1st AC I bought after discovering your channel but I bought the "Glass" version and I should have bought the other 2 along with it as they used to give us a discount. I like this version very much and guess I will have to buy it now that it has Q8 seal of approval :) i thought this was an excellent review Osama and very informative so again a superb job keeping us informed about AC in XP 11
Looks like it’s time to update. Thanks for the heads up. When I first got this model I was amazed how much it resembled the Cherokees I learned to fly and instructed in during the 1970s. I looked at a photo of the aircraft I soloed in and it even has the missing emblem on the right yoke.

Thanks for the tip! I bought it. :-) I used to fly Cherokees and having this puts me back in the seat. I just love them... Wish the ground handling when using the steerable nose wheel was better (like being on ice when landing and taking off) but with that option turned off it's okay. I love it in the air though. Just like I remember. :)
Awesome video! You should look into the side slip to land straight in a crosswind instead of crabbing it like you did. I also have the checklist for this plane. It's the current plane I fly in real life.

Thanks for the video, I own the plane and loving flying it in VR, my only problem with vFlyte’s model (and it’s one that really brakes the immersion for me) is the non proportional windows and windshield, that are much bigger than the real ones. So regarding the exterior modeling I give the developer 3 out of 10 since they are aware of this problem but chose not to amend it. When “sitting” in the cockpit it’s not very apparent, so as long that I’m not viewing the plane from the outside it’s good to go.
For future reviews would it be possible to show us rain effects both in flight and on the ground, or specifically mention if there are none.I mostly fly in New Zealand where it does rain so that is a factor in my decision to buy something and I think it would help make your reviews a bit more complete. Why they chose to use the old way outdated 140 cockpit layout is a mystery. I’m not sure when Piper changed that old layout but I’ve owned and flown a bunch of them and have never encountered one with that old obsolete panel layout.

I have a question about this air craft. I bought it for x plane 11 and it flys great. One thing I notice and I do not know why is that the trim adjustment on the ceiling keeps turning all the way to down and it causes me to do unwanted maneuvers in the air. I can not get it to stay in the middle. How do you set it without it pitching down?

I tried out AviTab and it came up running with the floating tablet as seen in your video. I toggled it off and now it just returns with a flat, windowed view. Can't seem to find a way to bring the 3D version back. Thoughts? (I'm not using VR goggles)

Are you aware that this kind of landing on this kind of plane would have destroyed the landing gear... You must not land with the main wheel tilted as much as you did there
Though I have recieved the yoke for free, it is an absolutely amazing yoke. Not affordable to most of us, but that does not make it any less in terms of quality and usability. Thanks for watching!

Anything by vFlyteAir is more for your dollars, superb aircraft all around. These are great GA aircraft.

The JustFlight Arrow 3 is excellent, but if you ask me, this aircraft's is a whole lot more fun to fly.

Just noticed the heading indicator was not matching up to the runway numbers when you first rolled onto runway 03..
I fly on P3D but more and more I like XP :)
Both are great sims, but X-Plane is my choice =)
I think it's very much a question of taste. Both are good at different things. I'm an X-plane guy myself.
If X-plane had a global texture replacement pack like orbx Global for p3d it would be perfect because the lighting and dynamics are excellent.
I'm flying bot, but X-Plane win !

No addons used here. Sounds are from the aircraft.
Sounds are excellent! Nice occasional brake squeals and really nice chirps landing.

OK, I re-started X-plane and the 3D version reappeared. Sorry for the noob question.
I am a student pilot, and both x plane or fs2020 dont have a cherokee by default. Its the second most used for flight schools 🤦♀️

Very nice plane but can you tone it down on the Yoko advertising. If I could afford a thousand dollar yoke I would buy it.
