Another hack for hack 1 is make a pillow shape with sand and put your towel over it. It may not be as comfortable as the foam she used but at least your head is laying somewhere like a pillow.

For the last hack if you can't fit it in your bag or can't get memory foam or for any reason can't use the hack then make a lump of sand then put your towel on top and then you have a pillow. It's not as comfortable but it's better than nothing. If your worried about getting sand everywhere just remember there would be just as much sand even if you didn't try this❤️

Make the towel longer so your feet don't have to be in the sand. Also, I tend to toss and turn, so I feel like I toss sand on me when I sleep on the beach... Luv these!
