Favorite hero criminals I’m alway really impressed by the10 year kid who shot his nazi dad in the back of the head after he threatened to kill him and his mom. Kid got sent to jail and I think they somehow tried him as an adult, but personally I think if your under the age of ten and you’ve been threatened with a gun there should be some stipulation as to your prosecutor. In my youth, I lived in a neighborhood where a neighbor farther down the street had a very large black chow dog named Satan. It was terrifying, but also hilarious, when the 10 year-old girl would walk down the street calling, “SATAN! Come here, Satan! Come on, boy!”

Simon's right. Waterboarding simulates drowning but doesn't actually cause any physical harm. The reason it's considered such a horrible torture is because you can keep it up for hours at a time.

Simon is right on the money with the waterboarding... it's simulated drowning. But Dani isn't wrong.
The wet cloth makes breathing all the more difficult especially with all the water involved, with some getting into the lungs. The lungs do fill with water during this process. It turns what is generally a short and fatal experience into something longer, more painful and survivable.
Note to Danny: I noticed that Simon's pronouncement of weird words and names get worse and worse the longer a vid runs so try to save the Wales, Polish, Finish and similar names to the later half of the script.
Simon saying that he’s watching Drive to Survive is one of the best things I’ve heard in a long time.
Also, my father worked for Halliburton for 17 years while I was growing up and apparently there was a running "Dick" joke among employees. I guess in addition to Cheney, one of the other top execs was also called Dick and the joke was that the company had two Dicks - the Head Dick and the DickHead but which was which? I know...lame, but hey it was being told by a bunch of engineers and geologists in the late '90s...not exactly expecting to find a new cast member for SNL among that crowd!
