Bought one today and overall it's pretty stable and good. One thing is I wished peddle screws were long enough to go through the whole peddle shaft but instead only threads through half the threads only. Got my first one all stripped out from the box but second one looks better. One thing I figured out is you should adjust the tension gauge on it before taking it out. Otherwise you will be tired after a few kicks

How easy is it to stand up in?

This kayak is extremely easy to stand up in. One of our team guys, ThatBassFishingDude, is 7' and 300+lbs and has no problem standing and casting from this kayak.
