I was paying 1700 a month rent in Charlotte NC. Moved to a small town in Ohio for cash. Life is so much easier now and my home is paid for. I am one of the lucky ones.
Honestly, small town/city living is amazing and cheap. I ended in a rural area of Idaho for school and feel very at peace with $600 rent for my own place. Like this guy said, no one worries about crime or people stealing your stuff. Even the homeless are respectful enough and don't just panhandle here.
My aunt and uncle live in a mobile home/neighborhood and it’s so nice. Once you’re inside it feels like a traditional single family home. This guy seems extremely nice and humble 👍🏾
They say America won't take these kinds of job. Look at this man . So thankful to have a job to support his family. He accepts working hard in the terrible Arizona heat with the smells everywhere along with crap flying in his face. Not complaining. Just hoping he can get a house on that smelly land. Bless this man. My God open up doors to this man and his family. You compassionately show stories of people's struggles in life and the sadness of it. You have a lot of subscribers now. Well deserved. Congratulations. It's sad the world is not more fair. You rock 👍🏼🙏💞
Unfortunately I didn't find out til after I signed the contract buying my mobile home. That the lot didn't come with the mobile. So now 8 yrs later I'm 64 and they want their lot back for family. I'm still here tho and they are bout ready to take me to court. It's been so hard finding a place to move. This mobile is a 2002 so it's too old for a lot of mobile courts. It's in really good condition. I'm just praying I find somewhere.
So much this. When he said new owners bought the park, you knew they were raising the lot rent. They're very aware they've got a basically captive income source, and they will charge every penny they think you'll give them shy of having to leave.
I bought a really nice 64X16 in a park cheap because they just want the rent. My wife and I lived there for 13 years. We did not owe money and found an acre of land just outside the city on dirt roads. The land was only $29,000. We bought it, had the home moved and set up. I was still able to work hard, though in my mid 70's, so I built a garage, added on two big decks, and we have a wonderful home, which we paid off. Now in our 80's we live on SS and save money every month. I do all the home repairs as the labor rates today are insane. We own 2 cars, one 23 years old and the other 20 years old. I maintain what I can on them, the rest I go to a good shop. With Amazon and the Safeway delivery program we do not have to drive that much. The best part is the taxes are very low and we can live very comfortably.
I love the wide variety of people, places & options of ways to live that you feature in your videos. Down to earth, real conversations of life. Keep up the great work!☺
This is a really cool tour that lower income (still income earned though) families can relate to better and appreciate. Thank you! Affordable Mobile Home Parks needs to desparately make a come back. 2 years ago we were finally able to purchase a home but we qualified for a max $210,000 home loan and 2 yrs ago homes for sale were just starting to sky rocket and there weren't many on the market. Thanks to our great realtor she found us a big triple wide 4 bedroom 2 bath manufactured home $157,000 in a nice small Mobile Home Park $425 space rent and we qualified for it and our story (lived in a travel trailer for 2 yrs) won out a cash price buyer thank God because the seller was once in our same situation (travel trailer living) at one time. So thank goodness for Mobile Home Parks because we are now finally homeowners and we love our new home.
Hey, Big Super. Wow! That was a LOT to see. And yep, that's the truth of life for so many people now. That piece of the American pie keeps getting smaller and smaller and more expensive. I appreciate the way you show the realities of how things are in your videos. Thanks so much for sharing!
Good bless him and his family he's doing what he has to for his family and alot of people think they're too good for it. Well he's gonna go further with his work effort.
What a riot going through the farm !! You kept it together though !! I hope he gets the housing there ,what a cool guy bless him and his family .Great job Big S !!
This is exactly how I started out of college. Owned the land, septic, and well, too. Cheap living beyond belief. Was able to pay debt and save for a house. Best thing I ever did. People don’t believe me so happy to see this video documenting it.
I don’t know how you get ordinary people you barely met open up their homes and their lives to you and your viewers. I think because you just let them tell their stories with appreciation and dignity.
That gentleman is very knowledgeable of his place of employment. I wish we could seen how people live in the places on the cattle farm the gentleman said he is trying 2 get a place there if U can do a tour would like 2 see how people live there. Enjoyed the tour of the cattle farm it was different.😀
Mr. Big Super Living in Arizona, This was good. I really like this gentleman's personality and outlook on his job and life. Farming or dairy farming is good wholesome honest days work... You'll get used to the smell after a few days. I have relatives who have farms in Mississippi, where I am originally from. You learn a lot living on and working on farms. It's a great wholesome way to bring up kids. It can be hard work too. It teaches self-sufficiency too. Hopefully, this gentleman gets one of the homes on the farm. Thanks Mr. Big Super Living in Arizona!
I lived on my then stepdad’s farm for several years and it was fantastic and my stepdad was just the best, quiet guy with a heck of a work ethic. He worked 6-3 during the day in a factory then came home and milked the cows, bailing hay/straw. Planting wheat, hay, corn for the cows and hogs. We had a garden and my Mom canned alot back then and baked cookies and made supper and we actually attended a one room country school! Mrs. Kenworthy best the best teacher we ever had even after our Mom left the best man we four kids loved especially after our Dad passed away when I was just 8yrs old. I digress, farm life was and is the best way of life to raise kids. Love you Carl Hardwick we always will always… My mother married 5x after that and they sucked believe me. A bunch of douche bags. Too bad bc my Mom was a pretty, hardworking woman just couldn’t handle being alone I guess. But, us 4 kids paid the price for those useless bastards. We all cut out of the house at 18 if that tells you anything… Love you Mom, rest in peace. We love and miss you to this day. Thank god for therapists!
Great video! I love that "Don't be a slave to things" Great Wisdom minimalist! Certainly when a few hundred goes towards the principal on a house but thousands for the Interest per month! The lenders and bankers got this figured out! Those pigeons freaked me out😂
Adjustments to dreams can be a good thing!! It was so quiet. Impressed that everyone has kept it a nice area for families. That should be the American Dream more often :)
I went to school with a guy named Anders.. nice to see this mobile home. I think I had requested to see AZ mobile homes, so thanks! I have one in MA right now and I'm pretty sure that this is cheaper to have than a house or apartment in this area. We have been making improvements to try and increase the value. Recently one mobile home on my street sold for 130K
a mobile home, especially an older one that you can pay cash for can be a good deal for housing. You have your own space, but pay space rent. I spent 20 years in a double wide in CA. Cheapest living going. Even though space rent is big cost it allows you privacy and your own space. Our park had a well too, but that meant that our water was a flat rate of $7 a month. One thing a mobileh ome will NOT get you is an investment. But I think for the sq ft provided it's the cheapest you're going to find providing you can pay cash for the home.
There was a commercial several years ago, a guy is seen driving his luxury car to his upscale house with swimming pool and a voice over asks him how he is able to swing it all and he comes out with ..I am in hock up to my eyeballs! Sad but that seems to be the story for many. Living beyond your means is living with potential disaster on your shoulder.
@@wanaraz My brother in law got mad because a trailer he owns went up in value and now he has to pay more property taxes on it. The reason he's mad is because the last 20 years every year the value went down and he paid less.
I bought my for $36 little over a year ago in CB IA. Now they are going for $85! Cheapest models too. Lot rent is $500 here also and people complain but the owners have to pay the taxes as ALL property owners do. They provide water and trash and snow removal so people don't realize those costs are involved as well as maintenance repairs to gas lines etc. Another cost home owners pay. So it isn't such a rip. But sometimes our water is yellow. But I think the water situation around the country is going to crap.
It's still a pyramid scheme because they don't raise the lot rent based on that, they tac on the profit their fee fees tell themselves they deserve. The fact of the matter is that we live in a false meritocracy where the little beleevees of the haves dictates the deservees of the have-nots. The haves have the land & the have nots do not.
@@xvsupremacy7190 It's $500 a MONTH in lot rent for my mobile home and the water is from the CITY. And yes we have bad water here. Sometimes it has a film on it.
I live in a mobile home and think it's great! The thing I like the most is I can easily move to another area if I don't like the one I'm in. No need to buy another house. Just find some land and move.
Love the channel. Real america. Real people. Reality. The world is tired of seeing Kardashian lifestyle in media. Youth need to see this and see how life is really going to be!
This one is my new favorite! I don't know HOW you find the people you interview, but they are all very open & have the gift of gab. Lol. From beginning to end, this was a wow. And I think you handled the smell & details, admirably.😂
I loved this video. I watched it earlier today and just kept thinking about it. Shane did a really nice tour. And it seems like the new owners have respect for their tenants. They raised rents but also gave nice looking amenities.
A tip for the father who lives in the trailer house. Install plants on top of your trailer roof ( if you are allowed ) that will reduce your cooling costs substantially as well as keeping the inside of the trailer kool. Yea put tons of plants all around your trailer . Good for the eyes lungs and soul !!! 🏡🌳🎋🎄🌲🌴
Nice video you are a good sport you survived it all that drive told us lots lol.The guy with you speaks so well he is very knowledgeable about the farm and so cool so are you Big Super.God Bless him and his family and you and your family
Nice guy he is making the best out of what he have and I admire his attitude of gratitude, thanks Big Super once again you have gone beyond the call of duty, I lived in Buckeye for a few years but I never seen this place.
You had me rolling while touring the dairy farm, I think your reaction was similar to the majority of us. I hope he doesn’t get in trouble taking you thru there, I found it very educational and learned how resourceful they are. I sure hope they get to live in one of the houses there, a couple of air filters around the house will take care of the aroma outside 😊
I love these American stories. These are the lives of our neighbors and friends. We appreciate each other for how little we have materially, but how much we have in friendship...
This is really the way to go and move forward now ,minimalism will have to be the lifestyle,if u can find a joke b that provides housing thats a good deal
I’ve milked many cows in a parlor like that one. My suggestion would be to get some piped in music for the cows. Studies show cows relax more and will let their milk down easier if classical music is being played throughout their area❤
if you want to reach out to me I’ll tell you all about those dairy farms. It’s actually where I met my husband. And we both ran the dairy here in Moapa Nevada for several years. I can tell you anything you want to know about a Dairy. The dairy used to be called hidden Valley dairy. We also lived on that dairy for many years, it’s where we were able to save money to buy our house that we have now. But I would love to tell you about it if you would like to know. None of those houses that you see you at the dairy are given to anybody. The nicer houses are where the managers or you would call them Herdsman live. So you probably have a Herdsman, then his right hand man, and probably a breeder that live in the nicer homes. Then the trailers that you see are going to probably belong to those individual workers there just allowed to bring them on the dairy and park them there and they don’t have to pay any space rent or electric or water. But none of that land on a dairy is sectioned off and give them to anybody. It’s owned by the person that owns the dairy. My husband is also Mexican. I can tell you so much about this. Although, this man knows a lot about this dairy farm he doesn’t know even a fraction of what any of that stuff is. That alfalfa is only a small part of the cow’s diet. It has to be a balanced diet, where a nutritionist is actually working there at the dairy as well. The grain has to be mixed just right, or the cows will get very sick. they also will throw hormones and medicines in that milk to make the cows produce more milk. It’s a pretty sad life for cows. They continue to breed them to make them have babies so that can continue to produce milk. When they can’t do it anymore then they’re sent to beef. And that is the nasty beef that you see like in Walmart and stuff it’s just old dairy cows. actually, I should do a whole video on this. I’m sure people would love to know how a Dairy operates. Not some documentary because they’re gonna tell you what they want to tell you. But I can tell you what really happens at a dairy farm. Those ponds that he’s talking about that the water goes to is called shit ponds. They can’t allow any of that water to leave the property. Otherwise they will get fined by the EPA. Im surprised he was able to take you around that dairy because he’s not the Herdsman. It sounds like he’s just kind of a jack of all trades there. He really doesn’t do anything in particular. everything on a dairy farm is sold. Where are you? See those piles of shit, that’s manure , the same manure that you would throw out into your grass. But that manure also catches on fire because it creates so much heat, we would constantly have those manure piles on fire. I can tell you some stories about that too.
I wish more people would just take time to clean up their homes and help each other make it nicer...show pride 😁 get a gallon of paint at a time and just start 👍👍👍
In Quebec, Canada, it's hard to find a mobile home under $100,000, and most of the mobile homes are on a rental so you have to pay between $100-$400 per month
I live in South Carolina (US) and a tiny 2bed mobile home rent in our area since inflation is $1100+. And not nice. Honestly his was cleaner inside& out than most I’ve seen listed in our area. I’m tired of these rates. When my oldest daughter was born (2009) my husband & I rented an old mill home that was BEAUTIFUL and in great condition for $400 a month on 2 acres of land. You won’t find a tarp in the woods for that price now. 😪
@@erikahaas9424 I Know it's terrible. I bought my house on January 2020 before the lockdown for $87 000. It's an old house in the forest that I have to repair, but I would not be able to rent anymore. Even outside of town the appartment are $1100 and more.
Sorry I was dying when you two were going past the poop in the beginning and at the end I lost it. Props to anyone that could work around that smell. I have a dog's nose and I would just quit breathing. Lol Very funny and a great man doing a stinky job and not complaining at all, just doing a great job to keep his family afloat. But I agree they need to be paid a bonus to work around that smell. That stuff gets into your pores and everything else but he's a good man to be able to be around that everyday. May God bless him and his family and help him get where he wants to go in life. 🙏💞🙏
I'm planing to purchase my first home through help from special first time home buyers program. Buying a pre manufactured home is the cheapest option and they look like a regular home!
No he tries real hard to sound like hes not fried his brain but....hes jobless now melting crystals in his rv missing the days he drives through the shit dust kicked up by the pigeons and he knows about iodine because he steals it and sells it to chefs and the ammonia is always short too thanks to his help
I 👏🏼am 👏🏼screaming 😂😂😂!! Your reaction to the smell...man you have me dead! I can almost smell it...smell-O-vision for reals😂😂😂. That's classic "Super" right there. I don't blame people for wanting to redefine the "American dream". Things are way out of hand with inflation & yet no one's paychecks are meeting the demand. It's sad. What has American come to😢? It's the old saying: the rich get richer & the poor get poorer.
But the poor don’t have to be poor poverty is a state of mind has nothing to do with money sometimes people create generation poverty pass it on to they children like example a ❤mother I was watching her story on UA-cam a black mother by the way raised her kids in projects and then her daughter had kids by a broke man no job and so she had to move into the projects live off government section 8 assistance and now her grown kids are living in the same projects because she taught them nothing ran the streets and sold drugs in and out of jail and they know nothing else because the mother started off with nothing having babies at 15 😡
This was great and exciting to watch. Loved seeing the farm. It was funny watching cringe over the smell, and he's just chillin😂😂😂😂😂. You meet some amazing people.

I'm sure you already know about histoplasmosis because the people who have worked theses Farms all their lives knows and will let you know. If you don't know being you've worked there just two mo. I'm just letting you know because I think your a kind and honest man trying to make a living for your Family, speaking of your family I just love your little boy! He was telling us all about it! I needed to make a move two years ago. I would not be able to afford even rent in the state I grew up in. I was able to find a dbl wide in Florida. I love my home and neighborhood. I have never lived in such a close knit community. We have a community center and regularly have parties and get togethers. Have sports and game nights. Friday night pizza parties, poolside. There is always someone there if needed. My home is paid and I feel secure for the first time in years. My lot rent and bills are affordable and life is great in the sunshine state. I’m not rich, actually the opposite, yet my life is filled with riches.
I paid 2500 for my citation 1983. It's the only economy I've seen mobile homes actually raise in value. I do recommend moving it off ASAP to stop paying lot rent. Got cheap single acres around still!
Cheap mobile home but lot fees in A Z are the same as buying a 150000 house. This is not the way to go. If you do find reasonable lot fee it's only a matter of time before it gets raised.

a mobile home, especially an older one that you can pay cash for can be a good deal for housing.
If you keep them up they still have value. As property prices rise so will double wide's.
@@ssjwes a trailer has property tax?

Love your videos Super, you're so down to earth, compassionate and real as well as the people you interview.
That’s shocking to be paying $500 a year with so little in return and especially yellow water. A proper Rip off.
@@xvsupremacy7190 It's $500 a MONTH in lot rent for my mobile home and the water is from the CITY. And yes we have bad water here. Sometimes it has a film on it.
I’ve officially watched 7+ of your videos .this was definitely one of my favourites. great video bro respect from New Zealand 🫡
Super's version of dirty jobs!😂 The guest did great giving that tour and Super Az survived!
Hi Big super I love the interaction videos with people
Hey Cheryl! Thanks!
Super, you're branching out, adding some new things to your videos. You made the best stink face ever!😀
I really enjoyed the farm tour! Very informative 👏
Great video! A home tour and field trip to a dairy farm all in one! Lol.
I live in a mobile home and think it's great! The thing I like the most is I can easily move to another area if I don't like the one I'm in. No need to buy another house. Just find some land and move.
I was also Skeptical about moving into an RV resort too….But I have great friends here and save money while living ‘tiny’…
You couldn't find a better person to imterview/give a tour of the farm.
Dude is a straight shooter.
No bs.
💪💪🇺🇸🇺🇸💪💪
On that farm Big Super looked as though he didn’t approve of the other guys driving , I thought Big Super may jump out any second for safety sake 😜 .
Such a fascinating and well managed channel. Charismatic and curious host with a great niche. Always love your videos.
I loved your video bro. Shows real people and the struggles we go through living in the good old USA
I like this guy. Alot! Love to have a drink with him and hear his work stories n shit. 😊
I loved this video. I watched it earlier today and just kept thinking about it. Shane did a really nice tour. And it seems like the new owners have respect for their tenants. They raised rents but also gave nice looking amenities.
Dope content we all appreciate it
A tip for the father who lives in the trailer house. Install plants on top of your trailer roof ( if you are allowed ) that will reduce your cooling costs substantially as well as keeping the inside of the trailer kool. Yea put tons of plants all around your trailer . Good for the eyes lungs and soul !!! 🏡🌳🎋🎄🌲🌴
If he can afford the water to keep the plants alive. This is Arizona.

Nice video you are a good sport you survived it all that drive told us lots lol.The guy with you speaks so well he is very knowledgeable about the farm and so cool so are you Big Super.God Bless him and his family and you and your family
Nice guy he is making the best out of what he have and I admire his attitude of gratitude, thanks Big Super once again you
have gone beyond the call of duty, I lived in
Buckeye for a few years but I never seen this place.
Cool video, Mr. Super. Thanks for sharing.
I am concerned about him getting in trouble, too.
I love these American stories. These are the lives of our neighbors and friends. We appreciate each other for how little we have materially, but how much we have in friendship...
Oh Big Super, you Crack me up!!!
Haha, too funny seeing you smelling the farm!
Thank you for this awesome tour!
So much love for THE BIG SUPER-MAN!!!
Love the videos and it's amazing how people are happy with little to nothing... Keep doing what you are doing!!
This is really the way to go and move forward now ,minimalism will have to be the lifestyle,if u can find a joke b that provides housing thats a good deal
This my kind of guy! Very cool and down to earth. Supa, thanks for always having diverse content. You definitely keep your content REAL💯
All the best to the family.
I’ve milked many cows in a parlor like that one. My suggestion would be to get some piped in music for the cows. Studies show cows relax more and will let their milk down easier if classical music is being played throughout their area❤
Am glad to have discovered this channel.Keep up the good work
if you want to reach out to me I’ll tell you all about those dairy farms.
I NEVER buy meat from Walmart...now I know why it's so crappy
I wish more people would just take time to clean up their homes and help each other make it nicer...show pride 😁 get a gallon of paint at a time and just start 👍👍👍
I've had many neighbors in my life, some good , some not so good. But it would be a pleasure to have this dude living next door.
I got mine for $2500 in 2009 you can't beat that. 1983 vintage.
Lol
Very funny and a great man doing a stinky job and not complaining at all, just doing a great job to keep his family afloat.

I love all of you YT videos! This man is honest and humbled for everything he has, and he proud of it. He's genuine to his core! I am glad that you found a good Job too, not to far from home just a hop skip and jump and your there! PLEASE thou be aware of all of the birds they carry a deadly fungus called histoplasmosis if inhaled you can get contaminated by their spores, and make you very sick. I'm sure you already know about histoplasmosis because the people who have worked theses Farms all their lives knows and will let you know. If you don't know being you've worked there just two mo. Different strokes for different folks! Thank God for people who do these jobs so that we can drink milk.
i grew up in a trailer, its nice. just be wary of people buying them up and selling them for a profit instead of the low income housing solution it was intended to be, much more cozier than stick built
IT'S NOT BAD TO LIVES IN A TRAILER

Trailer parks aren’t safe. Unless you can move your trailer you own, it’s theirs if you get behind on rent.
What??! They'll take your trailer that you own? (If you own). Oh no, smh.

Big Super, I think you have a great and improving talent in telling the American story - WW
Cheap mobile home but lot fees in A Z are the same as buying a 150000 house. This is not the way to go. If you do find reasonable lot fee it's only a matter of time before it gets raised.
There are co-ops available not lot fee , low HOA cheaper than a townhouse/condo fees with more space/backyard
