My greatest issue with many vegan cheese (and I've eaten it for years) is that quite a few have no/little nutritional value and limited (sometimes 0) protein. Things are improving and some of the brands you mentioned have fewer ingredients (a good thing) and have either pea protein or nut protein to bolster their nutritional value. As a vegan I realize that sometimes these products are needed in order to mimic an animal-based ingredient in a recipe. But it bugs me to purchase "food" that has no significant value. I know these companies can do better!

Yuck!! So much processed garbage ! Just eat real cheese!
I have a dairy allergy, plant based cheese is the only kind I can eat.
