Visit to Miao Choephelling Tibetan Settlement, 1998

Alan Clements of the Tibet Relief Fund is accompanied by Liz banks on this trip to evaluate the needs of this Tibetan settlement in Arunachal Pradesh in India. Particularly water supply, health care and education. Their visit coincides with the visit of the health minister Yankee Dashi from the Central Tibetan Administraion, Dharamsala.
