Love your videos, just started muay thai 2 months ago after boxing for 3 years straight and your videos have been very helpful for me to learn the kicks, knees, etc.
It looks like the “samart teep” has much less “chambering” than the other two - i.e less *knee up first* / less *retract to knee up*, the leg just lifts to the target then returns to the floor. This seems like it can be a faster, less telegraphed teep. Does anybody have experience implementing this?
I do the toe one when I'm sparring guys who are going too hard. The toes go right between muscles or ribs and hurt like crazy. They tend to get the message after that.

Keeping the balance when missing is the difficult part for me
Me too. I realized I was "reaching" and so my center of gravity extended past my standing foot.

Is all of the sole of the foot in contact with the floor as other foot hits the bag?
Yes, almost all teeps are with a flat, full contact standing foot.

also many ways to fork up your toes . i think i broke all my toes at least once . except the big toes thank god
