    I ended up building a pedal effects set up after I watched this video. Went with the reverb pedal and echo&delay pedal and looper. Having so much fun with it!

    I know this is well old, and this may be a stupid question, but.. how did you stop the microphone from picking up the entire mix when you recorded each new loop?

      The microphone has a radios where sound can be picked up or distance away from the microphone
      Most musicians of today also use compression either by a pedal or by in software to cut any unnecessary sound.

    Can you explain set up, mic/amp equipment. I just purchased the Ditto looper gray one he is using. Will be using to loop percussions in a dance class

    Thx TC. What about an electronic drum pad used as an on/off switch?

      +Brian T. Carter You might be able to rig something up as long as it could send the same signal as the switch and be "latched".

    1-If any percussionist want to loop 2 instruments simultaneously then is it possible?
    2- what will be the connection process from 2 microphone to ditto?

    sounds good, what mic did you use?

      +Otto Schrang Looks like maybe a Sennheiser e835FX. Since we did the partnership with Sennheiser, it'd be a likely candidate to be around the office and the shape is right. I wasn't there for this shoot though, so it's a bit of a guess.

      SM58 is probably the way to go.

    Thanks for posting. Is there anyway to make the on off button a trigger pad you can hit with your hands , instead of something you have to use with your feet?

      +Brian T. Carter Some folks have experimented with mounting some sort of circle shaped thingy to the button, but we don't have anything like that ourselves.

    I have a question .. mine makes an electronic loud beep noise while readcording and how do I make it silently record?

    • @thetruth2899

      I just got it

      There is no feed back but it makes a loud continuous beep only while recording?

      Do you remember how you fixed this?
      When I make the initial phrase I get a loud pop like a DC discharge
      Same thing happens when I clear the cache

    Nice groove. I have a question. If I'm using a synthesizer as my master clock can I sync the ditto up to it?

    • @tchelicon
      @tchelicon  7 років тому

      Ditto Mic Looper doesn't support incoming MIDI or any kind of sync. You'd have to use something like a Touch 2 or VoiceLive 3 for external clock support and quantization.

    Does this unit quantise your loop so it will keep a regular pulse when compared to a metronome?

    • @tchelicon
      @tchelicon  7 років тому

      No, the Ditto Mic Looper doesn't have any type of quantization in it. You'd need to get something like a Touch2 or VoiceLive 3 for that feature.
