Jay. There r 360,000 of us. But yet the masses recoil in fear. If we all joined together. N sat down for a no work sit down. Across the station. Till we get what we want. Well. Most of Americas infrastructure collapses. Lmfao. But the masses of Federal and Rural carriers do not understand their power. They fear management. But management has no real power. It’s a facade. Just like let’s say supermarkets. If all employees stopped working n no one applied till pay cuts were made at the top to pay employees much more. Then things would change, really fast.
Also. I’m one of the older guys. I worked w the Vietnam Vets. Management never messed them. Those guys burned people alive in tunnels. N so much more. They ran the offices. Some told me to get out cause the new carriers were weak. N now here we r so many years later. I have been saying what ur saying for decades. But in deaf ears.

What’s really disgusting is that there are branches across the country that actually have 2 million dollars in their bank accounts!! For ONE branch. These higher up union ppl are making big money!!! And the top 3 in the USPS are making 1.5 million a yr between just 3 ppl. It’s not fair! Pay us fair wages!!

anyone notice the new trend in management, where they refer you to another carrier for any sort of problem or information, , pass the buck so they dont have to do any real managing, just go with the flow, get that supervisor money.
Personally the union is a joke, if Renfroe isn’t voted out, everyone who voted no should withdraw there union dues. At once to really cripple them at the top. And also you give yourself almost an extra 1,500 back in your pockets. They got to learn. 1.3 percent is a joke it’s ridiculous. Remove everyone at the top and start over from scratch with people who give a crap about us. My rant the end.
So let’s think that through. If the vast majority of the members withdraw their dues likely the union collapses. Without that union what bargaining power do you have? Then you also create discourse between members and former members. This plan only creates a division, not unity.
@ well let’s put it this way, the union is already divided in some aspects. Me personally I can’t just waste money even if it’s 60 per month on people who don’t give a damn about my self my colleagues or the betterment of my job. If I wanted to waste money I’d gamble and parlay bets. The union has bargaining power? Where cause 1.3 percent and keeping the cca position ain’t it.

Intimidation, violences and extortion is usually cause for a Rico Act. In my opinion I would think the USPS as the mob and some or as a whole acting as union members leadership in order to fulfill the mob's bidding. I'm reminded that intimidation, violence and extortion comes in different forms.
The union in the court ruling of the individual who sued and won against the USPS mandating Sunday. It is obvious that the union encouraging the court to apply it only to that individual is a clear sign that the union aka Renfroe and fellow member leaders aren't representing my best interest. Instead it is representing the mob and their own interest.
Oh the 10:49 irony, rendraud disappears for months weeks and days at a time. Now this is leaked and he instantly appears how convenient. So he can hear our grievances about how unhappy with the TA we are yet says nothing. The union is so disgusting I hope they all get investigated and jailed.
i hit 4 months as a CCA one day i just drove my llv back parked it left my keys and scanner on the seat got in my car and drove home . got a text a few hours later asking where i was i said on my couch playing video games. haha FUCK USPS and there managment. I was excited bout the job I really was but getting a text 6pm-9pm telling me what I work the following day and then normally waking up to an updated text in the AM it some BS.

IMO Renfraud leaked so he could say see they won’t budge I told you so. Should be his reason to call for a work stoppage which he will never do. There has to be some pay off for him to be willing to lose his $300K job.
Pros vs cons: this contract has no known pros for the carrier. Maybe the $1000/yr raise for fully maxed carriers. There are many, many cons.

Shouldn’t be worried bout providing anything more for the newbies…take care of the regulars that have been there and PROVED they can do the job and put in the time…a year after I made regular, they upped the start pay for ccas to 25cents less than what I was making, and I had been there years…new contract should benefit the regulars that have been there…ccas can put in their time and EARN it
Same happens with the clerk contract. The PSEs started to get everything we had to wait a year to get. Each contract the new hires get more, while the regular clerks get 1.3%.
