😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤ I am so grateful for this video thank you! 🙏 8 weeks in and miserable All the hugs! But so many women has said the get meat back second trimester! Love and prayers you got this
Aww thank you for watching! I’m glad you found this video helpful. I hope your journey has become easier, boy it’s shit in the beginning haha. I hope you are enjoying your journey a lot more now, I am very excited for you ❤
I’m 14 weeks with my second carnivore baby, and I cannot stand meat. Occasionally a bit of chicken or some bacon or breakfast sausage, but I am struggling big time. I can eat eggs. I make homemade pudding and ice cream with coconut milk and eggs, because dairy inflames me.
You're body has everything you're baby needs. Try fasting for 2 days and then try beef again. Eating plants again especially carbs will mess up your digestive system. Fast until your body will accept the beef. You won't starve and neither will your baby. You're body has all the nutrients that you both need. And you will be able to get back to eating a proper human diet. Good luck and God bless you.
Thank you so much for watching, and for your comment, I really appreciate it. However, it is very dangerous to fast while pregnant, and not even carnivore professionals recommend it. I may have to tide it out and just see how I am able to progress. Thank you so much again and God bless you.
wow , cant believe people want you to fast while pregnant . might have to ride this one out. At least you know what to do now, most people have not a clue about health. all the best. UPDATE PLEASE😁
Hello! And thank you so much 😊 I have actually recently begun eating salmon, but not too often. I airfry it in foil with lemon thyme and butter, give it a go and good luck on conceiving hun xx
Watch a video by Anthony chaffee MD with interviewing Dr Gary Fettke, titled exposing big food a surgeon's bold revelations. About half way through he talks about fetuses with keytones. Very important information
In all honesty carnivore is about nutrition. As long as youre getting that, which it seems you are, youll be fine. Just have some fat if you can stomach it with the carbs. Maybe a beef liver pill is a good work around. Lot of vitamins and mineral. I use Wholesome Wellness brand and the only other ingredient is Gelatin for the pill itself. It does have a smell, but no taste at all.
Hi! Thanks for watching mate. No so pregnancy doesn’t allow for fasting, it isn’t good for a developing fetus unfortunately and makes the morning sickness far worse. Believe me I’ve tried it all haha. Thank you for the suggestion champion!
Haha saaaammeee!!! I’m 9 weeks and I had meat aversion my first two pregnancies. This one it’s stronger! And fatty meat is worse!!! Dry lean meat ok… which isn’t the best! Im eating avocado eggs fruit rice and meat if someone else cooks it and cools it so I can’t smell it 😂 many women have meat aversion… just hard if it’s what you know is best to eat!
Oh wow!! How long did your meat aversions last?! And congratulations Mumma, that is wonderful! It’s the smells and sometimes the taste so it can vary, I can be quite sensitive and it’s doing my head in haha
It’s still going for this one. My others the nausea stopped at 13weeks but I didn’t feel like meat till 3rd trimester… but this time I’m forcing myself to eat meat because I know it’s best for me and baby. I’m also taking liver and kidney tablets for folate and vit c etc because I’m eating more chicken and less red meat. I’m also taking homeopathics. Which work REALLY well once you get the right one. They help me feel 80% better and I can cook and eat a meal most days.
Same! So glad not to be alone! At 4 weeks I couldn’t handle any meat dairy eggs! It’s been miserable😵💫🤢😅😅😅 now 8 weeks in and have to plug my nose to force feed myself eggs 😅
Have u ever thought of just eating nothing when u felt that sick? I mean toast? Really? I m sure when u just fasted for 2 days it might stop… maybe the meat was bad… Your decision, but I really can’t understand the toast as the most logical thing to eat when feeling sick… after eating keto for some time, it would kill me to eat toast…😂😂😂
Thanks for your comment! Have you ever been pregnant?? 😂 I’m sorry you can’t relate, but pregnancy flips your hormones around. Everyone is different, but it was awful for me. Maybe a bit more compassion on your end would be beneficial 😊 Thanks for watching!
Congratulations. Thank you being honest and sharing your journey.
Thank you so much for watching ⭐️

Exact same thing happened to me. Tried for few months then went carnivore and could feel a change in my hormones and got pregnant the next month.
Congratulations!! Welcome to the carni Mummy club! 😃⭐️

HOw about meat (not necessarily bone) broth?
Ooooh that is a great suggestion, I may have to give this a go, thank you so much :)
Canola oil is horrible. We switched to cooking with tallow and other animal fats.
Good choice there Hun, it is one of the most toxic things on the planet. Very glad to know you switched to alternatives

Wagyu beef fat is the worst, very high in omega 6 fat and sausage probably extra fat. Junk food.
Couldn’t agree more 🤢
