Started with DJI A5P and took it back after trying the Insta AP2. After 3 weeks with the AP2, and I took it back and bought the A5P again. I don’t hate the AP2 but prefer the A5P.
Ha! You should see my first video 😉. Not biased. I'm actually impressed by this camera. It's missing a good 10bit log profile though. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
Ha! I guess there is a big difference between the two. I didn't try out the first edition, but this one really looks OK. I'll make follow-up videos with some comparisons to my other cameras. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
Bought it, but regret it, filming indoors looks bad, shaky, and noisy. The best setting is to color-grading it with i-log and no 10-bit. I shouldn't have watched Brandon Li
Ha! Yes. Action cameras are really not meant for low light. It only really works with action shots. However, daytime looks good and I-log is gradable. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
For various reasons I own the Ace Pro 2 and the DJI Action 5 Pro. So far I'm inclined to prefer video from the Ace Pro 2 set to Mega (for less distortion) with HDR turned off. In my opinion, apart from your review, there are a couple of others that are worth watching if you're thinking about buying the Ace Pro 2: ua-cam.com/video/9FNPxbzgWNs/v-deo.htmlsi=tpzZ8YkruGcMOLDa ua-cam.com/video/EQhSJeWa18A/v-deo.htmlsi=tb79PHhzrx6-hQys
@@minwin29 Overall I do think the Ace Pro 2 has the edge. MountMedia makes some really good observations about this camera, in my opinion. But it seems most prefer the Action 5 Pro.
so soft and mushy, i dont get the praise on this camera, they failed big time, color look like overprocessed, too much contrast, and despite 8k the image is like not in focus. Super weilrd. Too bad because all the stuff around are good, but image quality is more important than flip screen, bluetooth mic etC...
Hello! Yes, it is a bit of work to get it looking good. This is why I-log is the only way for me. 8K does look good on my monitor and there is no HDR in 8K so the image doesn't look too processed. Thanks for sharing. Really appriciate it. Cheers!
@M1R0_Life_through_a_lens in your video you said best video straight out of camera..........now your saying is a bit of work to get it looking good.......

Hello Paolo. Thanks and nice to hear that. Maribor is relly nice. Must visit. Cheers!
It feels like a biased review with a desire to please someone. It's very sophisticated praise.

Not even close to DJI Action 5 in terms of overall image quality (not even mentioning lowlight),
Ha! I have to try the OA5. I like the OA4 a lot. Ace Pro 2 is always very surprising. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
Thanks! Slowly convincing me to get a second ace pro but the second version now 😅

Hello. Thanks for sharing. I also find the HDR a bit too much but the good thing is that you can turn it of ;). Cheers!
Which do you think it’s better? Ace pro 2 or Action 5 Pro?

@feetfirstspeks Hello. Not sure. I am a bit more on the DJI side but the Ace Pro 2 is really amazing. Thanks for sharing. Cheers!

4K25 overheated within 1 hour? This is unacceptable for a 2024 camera.
Hello. This was with AI PureVideo function for night time recording. Otherwise the battery runs out first. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
video looks like sht to me
Hello. It does look overprocesed at times. This is why I try to use I-log if possible. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
