I've found a love for the Kasuar and the reverse Mind legs myself. One are heavy legs that have good general stats, and the Kasuar have absolutely silly movement options because of their ground QB and jump stats.
Love reverse joint legs. The agility you get is fantastic. Dual laser pistols, with a melee weapon in reserve, and a shoulder mounted missile pod for stagger. Shreds single targets so good.
Was using Mind Beta reverse joints for the majority of the game, and got very used to the delayed dodge/jump when on the ground. After getting HAL parts, switched to it and got super surprised by how snappy and responsive movement is with normal bipedal builds, couldn't go back to reverse joints afterwards.
The first build I cleared AC6 with was a Mind Beta jouster. Right arm and shoulder varied, but left was always Laser Lance and Pile Bunker. Kick>Lance>Pile Bunker absolutely melted things.

I love making snappy AC melee builds with reverse joints really changes the feel

A lot of PvE builds suck in PvP :'(
Reverse joints were even more OP in AC5 what with all the wall jumping and lack of vertical boost.

The super jump and dash was literally my life line in my first play though. I never took them off 😭

At this point I feel pure unfiltered speed is the only thing that counters the chicken legs
unless the SC user also runs ngu boosters for the qb thrust.

I love RJs. You can dodge so well even with terrible boosters, and pop up quickly to rain area-damage attacks on PvP opps at short range
