You got "dawn" mixed up with "dusk". Dawn is in the morning when the sun rises. Dusk is when it sets.

I bought the solar post hampton Bay cap lights..... one of the lights no longer lights, I tried to take the battery in to a battery store but it is the kind that uses wires??? How do I replace the batteries they are supposed to be rechargeable ??? thank you

Take not that the basket really doesnt go to the base at all. It doesnt snap or get very snug at all. If you don't improvise and drill down through both pieces you'll be picking this piece of crap out of the yard often. It really is a pile of crap we just took ours back and went with a different one that turned out to be brighter anyway.
