I began walking around barefoot on grass to aid in strengthening my Qi (Qi Gong) and I started to instinctively look at the sun and now do it everyday. I am elated that there is an actual practice that is sun gazing. My life has changed dramatically since and I have an abnormally strong Qi that has bizarre yet beautiful occurrences that keep me guessing. There is so much more to human ability than we are told. what about other hours ? i have not noticed any changes in my eating Yet" but more energy - i'd say maybe or it sees like it gives energy - but i'm not as depressed - and that has been my problem in life. "Depression" i was able to stop all medications .
How long did it take for your vision to improve? I have mild short sighted vision and feel so connected to this concept of the sun's ability to heal and energise.
