I used to work in a very big Indian company, my Regional boss was from Hyderabad, he only wanted Telugu speaking team even in Karnataka, HR was from Kerala, entire HR team was Keralites

Sir In Karnataka state some people who lives in Karnataka state not talking Kannada language in their area. They're talking only Hindi and Urdu. This law is ready and implemented Mr Santosh lad , CM and DCM for that community people.not kannadigas you must remember it

Dear friends, I worked for a Taiwanese MNC in E city Bangalore and 5 years ago i was dismissed without assigning proper reasons to accommodate people from other states and i have raised an Industrial Dispute bef the !st Addl labour Court, Bangalore and the employer trying to evade attending the case and somehow trying to get it dismissed. I would request all to kindly support me, including Suvarna news Ajit sir. I do not have kannada KB in my system and hence writing in english. Jai Karnataka, Sirikannadagam Gelge, Sirikannadagam Baalge.

I worked in IT. This issues mainly happening in big companies/ some startups where certain team/ group of people choose their regional or common language speaking people. While doing interviews sometimes they do favour for their regional peoples. While hiring through campus they go out of Karnataka and there are many skilled peoples in each engineering colleges of Karnataka but they don't want to go there. They mainly search for their reputed/ regional colleges
