Thanks for the idea of using lock joins for finishing off. I didn't notice what you did with the work (ball) thread when you explained it. How do you tie that thread off?
You're welcome. 🙂 Because you're using a lock join, it doesn't need to be tied off, you can just use a magic loop to hide your tails. If you do this make sure you have a good length in your tail to make sure it doesn't pull out.
I liked your Facebook group but in the group description it says to share patterns so I posted what I thought to be an acceptable post it was deleted so I removed myself from the group so I wouldn’t cause a ruckus.
Why would this cause a ruckus? You've just misunderstood the group rules so the post was removed - there's no ruckus at all. The group description says to share patterns and work from Noo Bear. The group rules say posts must be Noo Bear related, your post mustn't have been a Noo Bear pattern; you would have received this explanation when the post was taken down. I'm sorry you felt you had to leave. If you'd like to re join and share Noo Bear work you're welcome anytime. 🙂
