It is so sad how this generation of rappers are with these online beefs, always trying to call one out, mainly to take them out, just because they're rising up above them.
So tired of little boys, with guns, who think killing somebody makes them a man. Whoever said that it was a lie. Sure wish they'd look at the big picture. I can't imagine if the Impressions, the Miracles, the Tempts, groups from the 60s had spent time in beefs, bashing the others, there would have been very little progress made in the music industry, now, and those out now with jewelry, and wads of cash would not be having that. They need to learn to be thankful. I know when LL Cool J, or Kool Moe D made that beef with the pit bull lock in it, and Tupac made Hit Em Up, yeah they made us jump to the ceiling, and was box office sellers, but their's were legitimate beefs. These beefs are about who got the biggest gold necklace, or the most money, all boiling down to who is the greatest. If you ask me, none is, only God is the greatest.
I hope older people are waking up to the signs of the time, and start speaking out about these things, and not just saving their voice, to talk to God. That's probably what they need to hear, some feedback from OGs, because I find most young ppl still respect their elders. But the way I see it now is it's an epidemic, because it's happening too much. They don't put a value on the life of a human being. If they only knew the trouble that comes their way after killing, and not just talking about jail either, but in the spiritual world they would think twice before ending a life. They've shaken up the spiritual world, and it's all headed to them. Because they claimed ownership of that person they killed, by playing God, and anything bad that person killed went through in life, they will fill it. Can't close their eyes to rest, without seeing that person's face in their eyelids.
They act like the new age music is beefs. Makes me wonder just when they enjoy their life, because who wants to wallow in beefs. You take vacations to get away from that mess.
My God I pray for this generation. I want them to live, they're our future. Don't follow the wrong ones, and end up, in a pit. We are all just human being, and all make mistakes. Just use your own brain, and that you can trust. Only God is perfect. He's the only One I follow behind. He's my father, my mother, my brother, my sister, my trusted Friend, my everything.
I do see a good amount of young ppl in the world, and on UA-cam who are making a difference, in the world, and I try to keep them encouraged, because I do appreciate them. But just like some of the older ppl are not woke, some of the young ones are not either. I now can feel the full impact, of Teddy Pendergast song, "Wake Up Everybody", and why Fishburn was running through the streets, on School Daze, yelling WAKE UP. They were seriously giving a warning.
