Hey! This is the first time I'm watching one of Dr Grande's videos that is not related to a psychological analysis of a serial killer or a social media case 👩‍💻😅

I like the simplicity of the chi-square test and this shows the simplicity of interpreting the information.

Using an example of the study was helpful in understanding the use of chi-square

Thank you for this walkthrough! Do
you have any tutorial explaining how to calculate prevalence and its 95%
confidence intervals by using SPSS? For comparison between groups (eg, male vs.
female) which statistical test can I use to identify the statistical difference
    between prevalences?

You didn't interpret the results. You just said if it's significant or not. You need to show which cells you compare when making the interpretation. Cell percentages and row percentages answer different questions.

Thank you again Todd. So the p value greater than 0.05 for such a test says that the two treatments are not sig diff. If it was significant how would one interpret the relationships between the different percentages shown here. Is the overall tables p value a blanket significant difference...

Chi-square is an easy way to look at the data and determine the significance of the information.
