Brenda Lee is far from the first mainstream country music legends to appear at the Gaither Homecoming Concerts. The Gatlin Brothers,the Oak Ridge Boys, Marty Stuart, Connie Smith, the Statler Brothers,George Jones and Barbara Mandrel have all sang at the Gaither Homecoming Concerts over the years so this truly is a treat.

Back in the day, her record company never released a gospel album! I mean every other southern artist Elvis, Jerry Lee etc did, but they never had her do one. Brenda had to wait until 2007 when she was semi-retired, to release an album independently.
